Not only was the customer service amazing, they connected me with a decorator that was equally amazing. Which shows alot of integrity.They were very responsive, accommodating, and made sure to communicate everything every step of the way.The rental space was very clean and beautiful, had great sound and gorgeous natural lighting10/10 a must if you need an event space!

This place was so amazing . I used them for my baby shower and with me and my boyfriend both not being from Philadelphia and recently moving here , finding a baby shower venue was so hard . The staff was so responsive and the venue was extremely clean. Only thing is the venue is on the smaller side but that’s because I only planned for 30 people and all 50 showed up . I would definitely recommend them !!

I just used Sorella’s for my event on May 29 and I am so so pleased!!!The location is very clean and well out together. The customer service is great! I had no communication issues what so ever. They are very professional, direct, and very considerate of your time. The space is roomy, nice sound system, good size tv for display. The kitchen is a good size and very convenient. It’s enough space to set up your food and beverages separate from where your guests are seated. Overall def a good space and j would definitely use them again.Thanks so much again Sorella’s events.

There are a lot of Hall's and Venue's available in the WOL, Uptown and Germantown area this is true! However not every owner is professional, punctual, curteous and can produce a quality facility. I used Sorella's Events LLC on March 20, 2021 for my baby shower. I had originally reached out to the owner Ashley back in October of 2020. She responded very quickly, but due to the pandemic and the uncertainty of the city's rules and regulations she suggested I wait until the New Year to see what the city's rules and regulations would be before I booked, because there is a NO REFUND policy. I knew right then I would utilize her facility, because so many other venue owners did not even disclose that bit of information however they were taking people's money, and then tell you that you would have to reschedule and that you would have a year to use the credit etc. Ashley wasn't like that she had MORALS & INTEGRITY!!! She made sure to keep in contact with me throughout the months and once the Governor allowed the state to start back to operate at limited capacity she reached out to me, we booked a tour and I paid my deposit. The facility is well lit up, bright white colors, spacious for an intimate gathering, the bathroom is newly renovated and there is a kitchenette with 3 sinks and a small fridge. Tables and Chairs are included and also the Bluetooth speaker is amazing and you don't need a DJ for a small gathering you could just make a play list and hook it up to the bluetooth player. We used the facility, cleaned up and got out on time Ashley and her crew came in to sanitize and disinfect behind us and prepare for the next party and she sent my Security Deposit Back That same night. No long waits, excuses or horror stories like i have heard from other people about other venue owners. I will definitely be utilizing Sorella's Events LLC in the future and I have already recommended Friends, Family, Colleagues and Aquaintances. Again if you are Looking to Support a Professional, Punctual, Quality Small Black/Female owned Buisness wait and did I mention AFFORDABLE then look no further this is your go to event space venue; I promise you will not be dissapointed!!!! We had an amazing experience at Sorellas Events! Ashley was assume from start to finish! The space was very intimate for our gathering and the speaker was awesome we didn’t even have to hire a DJ! Ashley is very professional and on her game! I will be booking Sorellas Events in the near future!

Venue space was just what we needed for the vision I had of a baby shower I planned for my sister, friendly staff, the owners greeted me at the venue the day of my event to assure if I had any questions they were there to help. The hall and kitchen space was phenomenal for my vision. Thank you
