Extremely friendly & helpful. Went in to have some links removed from a bracelet & they didn’t even charge me. I was looking at another item and they discounted it for me. I will be returning for any of my jewelry needs.

Igor (the owner) overall is a nice and funny guy. You have to wrestle with him over the prices but the quality of his merchandise is great (fixes and re installs anything for free that was bought from him).He did my engagement rings and more (beautiful and gorgeous jobs). Again you need to know your specs for diamonds and rings when coming to him.Regarding selling gold to him, he actually gave me the best price after I went out to the dealers. Added that price towards the ring I was buying.Cons - Punctuality. He needs to keep up with his promises. If he says it will take 7 days. It has to be 7 days. Otherwise, give the costumer a discount (and he did for me). So great job.

The staff is so friendly and nice. I dropped off a necklace for repair Monday and it was done by Wednesday morning and when i went to pick it up they even clean another necklace for me for free. Definitely would recommend them !!

I purchased a Raymond Weil watch for my daughter and unfortunately found out the crown was not working. I took it to 3 "watch repair shops" and none could figure out how to fix it. My sister recommended Somerton Jewelers and not only did the watch repair lady fix it she polished and cleaned it for free. Excellent customer service and thank you Somerton Jewelers !!!

Thank you so much for adding links to my daughter's Michele Deco watch today. It was for her birthday and last minute. Not only did they do it right away but polished and cleaned the watch for free. Very nice people! AAAA PLUS SERVICE.

This place is fraud if you bring your Jewellerys to fix when you come back to pick it up when it’s done, they’re gonna take one of them and they’re gonna tell you that you brought only one don’t bring your Jewellery here to fix

they could learn to treat customers with respect I showed up they weren't to close for 10 more mins there were 2 other ppl shopping in the store now yes I was wearing a sleeveless shirt but I said at the door for 10mins being ignored then they refused to let me in. wearing my dress slacks dress shoes and watches they don't even sell there. I was going in to see about getting a custom dimaond engagement ring. assumed what it would roughly cost me about $8k to $12k. Should learn the meaning of respect and customer service that's for sure. will never use them after that .
