They do not check ID when people offer cards to pay for purchases. How I know that is this store on Lehigh Avenue? Did not check the ID of the pickpocket thief, who stole my kid’s wallet. I checked with their corporate, and they are supposed to ask for ID. They do not also answer phone during business hours.

Worse customer service... don't have stock of shoes on display or available sizes. Salesman literally chased a customer out the door after they decided not to make a purchase.

They took forever just to bring me a sneaker that didn't match the sneaker size i had. Just to have me standing there forever to come back and tell me they didn't have my size. I had to ask if they would order them for me. I was so irked. I could have told them 20 minutes before they didn't have them. Then asked if i wanted a 7 and a 7.5 why tf would i want 2 different size shoes. Make it make sense.

Very bad experience, my son placed an order online to pick up at store, no one was there to grab it when it was delivered, no one knew what was going on or attempted to assist, carried on as if we were not even in the store waiting to be serviced, we were paying customers as well. The whole experience unprofessional. In addition the store # they have online to call the store directly, they never answer EVER
