I have been personally training with Deryl for years and was ecstatic when he opened his own studio for group training classes featuring boot camp, TRX and rip trainer. Each class is built for all fitness levels and students are pushed in a challenging yet safe way. I highly recommend Deryl and Smiley Fit Nation!
