I was sent to this location by the people from the boulevard store. I thought I would have received quality care and service at this store since the previous store helped me so much. Unfortunately, when I came in I didn’t get much service at all…no one greeted me, asked me if I needed help, I had to go up to the register… But the woman sitting down on the chair didn’t seem that motivated to get off of her phone and help me… I was very disappointed that she didn’t try even assist me with finding the shoes. The other employees I met used to be well educated and trained at great customer service. I think I’ll keep my business at the boulevard store where they seem much more eager to move away from the register. I’m a regular at the Philly Mills store and I usually get good service here at Skechers. However the recent visits I’ve made… I think the service has went down some… The previous store manager Sherri always over preformed and went above and beyond meeting my needs.
