Hands down the best experience I have ever had with mechanics in my 30+ years of owning cars. Honesty and integrity are words I'd use to describe the ethos of this shop. There have been about 3-4 occasions when the shop checked our car for free and saw we did NOT need the repair (eg, alternator) another shop suggested (the first time we went to another shop before knowing about SIV, and the other times we were traveling away from Philly) OR the repair was less costly (eg, Pep Boys in Seattle said we needed new shocks for $4,500+ -- this shop said it would only be $500, but after checking the car said the shocks were fine and only a minor adjustment was needed for $95, and the car drives like a charm). Wonderful shop, highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an appointment to service my car, when I showed up the guy spoke to me with a very bad attitude, he made me feel that he is doing the work for free and I’m begging him to get it done. Will never come back
