What a stunning boutique! We found this shop by complete chance in Old City and it ended up being one of our favorite finds in Philadelphia. This fun shop combines new items with high-end vintage and consignment. Sioux Zanne Messix is quite literally the owners name, just spelled phonetically in a different way. Isn't that cool? This shop is thoughtfully curated with beautiful clothing, accessories and jewelry. Go in here with no goal in mind and just have fun! We loved sifting through her amazing collection of statement jewelry. If you're looking for jewelry that makes an impact, Sioux Zanne Messix will have the treasure that will make your outfit stand out. We purchased two fabulous pieces that I can't wait to wear! She has small dressing rooms so you can try on the amazing fur accessories, dresses and other fun pieces she's collected. This shop is so thoughtfully curated and filled with so much love. Suzanne is a delight to talk to and really passionate about fashion. She has cool stories about the pieces she's collected and knows her stuff. If I was a local, I would be stopping here frequently to check out all her new finds. An absolutely stunning store in Old City!

I have shopped at this boutique for almost 10 years! The boutique is warm, charming, and incredibly unique! You will find one of a kind pieces that are sure to stand out! I love how she has repurposed and recreated pieces! I no longer live on the East Coast and miss shopping in store but I cherish the memories from this boutique and continue to wear ALL of my special pieces! If you are in the city... you MUST stop in!!!!

I am so happy we visited Sioux Zanine's shop today . My friend and I made a few purchases and thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Sioux Zanne is a real treasure and is a big reason why retail is still my favorite way to do business.

I live in Miami and had to come to PA for business and forgot my coat. I was taking a tour and walking around to find a Marshalls or something where I could buy a inexpensive coat (since dont have too much use for them) and it was getting cold. I came across Sioux and it was great. She has one of a kind stuff , not expensive and great quality, I loved it. It was a great find. She had a coat in the window and I wore it out, it was perfect. I would have liked to go back to look further, but didn't have the time. If I am ever in PA again, I would definitely make a stop there. The service was very good and friendly too. I wish they had online shopping.

so, i can't tell if this is the same place i visited.... the picture is definitely the same, but the sign is gone... however the pic is from 2011 so im guess the sign was just down. absolutely horrible selection, very tiny room. very overpriced, 55 dollars for a shirt? and the saleswoman was completely rude - she was staring at me while i looked at the fur coats (which were actually the only nice thing in the store). why do sales people (who probably make barely above minimum wage themselves) judge customers like this? maybe its because i look young? idk. i said thank you on the way out and she just snarled and said "uh huh." what a sad woman. i hope she finds peace in her miserable life.

Sioux Zanne is an Old City staple! And, when you enter her store, you realize why she has stood the test of time in an area that is relatively unforgiving for small businesses. If you love high end costume jewelry, then look no further! Suzanne has the goods. Expect to pay a fair price, but she certainly isn't going to cheat you. Her taste is excellent, and you will especially appreciate it if you are a fan of the glitzy jewels of the 80s and early 90s! Some of her favorite designers are Givenchy, Chanel (of course, she probably keeps the Chanel), Joan Rivers, and anything Swarovski. But, you can also find pieces by the likes of Weiss and Selro here as well. Also, keep an eye out for the decadent vintage Whiting & Davis Bags she loves to stock!!! Simply Charming!

I visited this fantastic little store while I was visiting Philly for a conference and what a great find! I tried on several different styles of turquoise jewelry, loved them all but decided to come back the next day to buy after I had thought about it. The next day, Suzanne remembered me and had brought in new turquoise jewelry to show me. I went home with the first thing I tried on (a handmade, semi-precious stone aquamarine statement necklace that is to die for!) She was incredibly helpful, has a great sense of style and her prices are very reasonable.

I used to live in Philly and love this gem of a shop! It has the most unique and fabulous accessories in Philly. New, vintage, one-of-a-kind, you name it. Many pieces are designed by the shop owner and jewelry designer, Sioux Zanne, and are simply amazing. Best part is everything is affordable.
