ShopRite pharmacy is great. Any pharmacist on duty are always available for any questions and concerns. The staff are very courtesy and go above and beyond for you.

I am so fed up with the deli service at Shop Rite on Aramingo. Yesterday, there were only two slicers waiting on people. They did more socializing among themselves and the customers that it took more than 20 minutes for them to get through two patrons(laughing, joking, and flirting with the ladies) while a dozen others waited in line. Also, their pre-sliced meats are cut too thick. However, when you order your slices thin, they cut them thick anyway. Last week I bought cottage cheese with an expiration date which was a month from the time I opened it and it was rotten. Their produce sucks anymore. Their prices are also skyrocketing. Not to mention the filthy parking lot. I'm so sick of this place. I need to find somewhere else to shop.

I have shopped all of the supermarkets in this area, and I keep returning to this ShopRite because of their prices, selections, quality, and level of customer service. Acme is way overpriced and has poor customer service, ILA does not have the same selection, Giant is OK, and WholeFoods has great customer service but a limited selection. In fact, I can find most of the items that I would tend to buy from WholeFoods at this ShopRite at a significantly lower price. An example, Mexican avocados - this week at WholeFoods at 2 for $4 if you are a Prime member - at Shoprite $0.89 (neither of them are the prices for organic). I will agree that shopping at WholeFoods is a nice experience, but when you are buying groceries for the week your selection and price is much better at Shoprite.

The customer service desk employees a lot To learn about the products. Most assuredly their attitude when clearly this is their job. Common sense will tell you to remove an advertisement from Black Friday . I called the store manager who apologized, he said point her out and someone else would be addressing the situation. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I am considering going to the competition that is a bit higher and further away. Good customer service keeps me coming back.

One of the worst pharmacy in the area. Always missed prescription, never notify clients or contact doctors when they need new refills. Employees very lazy and don't care about providing good service. This pharmacy is garbage

Whenever I call and a female answers always rude, anytime a man answers great friendly awesome customer service. I call today woman answers phone I ask question she answers my question then just hangs up no anything else I can help you with, no thank you have a nice day, not even a bye just a click. I call back and ask for pharmacist she says this is her. I said was that you who I just spoke with she says yes. I say you’re suppose to be a professional and that’s how you are over the phone.! Craig should be the one to answer.

This is the worst pharmacy to due business with them. Always missing medication, have to call several time to refill medication, no one is proactive, when medication need to be renew or change, they still give you the old medication, even is discontinue by doctor. Costumer service very poor and very unprofessional. They don't even deserve one star

I'm a truck driver and sometimes we have to print certain documents before we can pick up our items. I stopped in ShopRite (because it was the closest place of business to me) hoping I could get some items printed. After re-explaining my purpose for being in the store to 4 different employees- a woman with a black shirt behind the counter showed her frustration with my request, first she rolls her eyes, and doesn't even have the grace to turn around immediately to look me in the eyes, then she turns to the employee and tells them "no we don't have a printer" I interject at that point, because it's now making me uncomfortable to even be standing here, and just ask "so you can't do it?" THEN she turns around, still annoyed, and says "no, there's no printer" Me: "there's no printer anywhere in the building?" "Well for the managers, what do you need printed?" Me "is there a manager I can speak to then?" "I am, the manager. What do you need printed?" At that point I re-explain my purpose for the fifth time, and she huffs and puffs her way to speak to someone on the phone who ultimately agrees to print just TWO pieces of paper for me. This may seem small, and it was in the grand scheme of things. However, I think it's an important note for management- that they have an employee that needs a customer service break. I am thankful they were able to do it, but if she's rude about paper then I'm not the first one she's been like that to. It's early in the morning, the economy is in shambles and I can't imagine what life we all have to live- but good lord, just RESPECTFULLY decline next time!!

Sliced lunch meat for me that was at the end of the roll and it was discolored. I took it back. They don't have a lot of the things I buy any more this place went down. I guess I'll travel farther to do my shopping from now on.

To benefit your own health, safety, and money, you might want to avoid ShopRite like the plague. Here's why: 1. You pay a lot of money for really mediocre products; 2. There are a lot of aggressive panhandlers in front, and even INSIDE the store; 3. They have to charge a lot because they are overstaffed with young people staring at their phones trying to avoid having to help you, or clean up. 4. Some of their staff and most of their customers do not wear masks--they use the risk to your health to make their political statement. 5. It's proven in the research that when there's trash everywhere (as here), crime increases--hence, the panhandlers and drug users. Their storefront and entire parking lot are strewn with litter, short dumping, etc. 6. NOT a happy experience: when you point out any problems (none of which are new) to them, they say it's not their job and "That's the way it's always been." Vote with your wallet. Take your money to Lidl.

Let's not forget that a lot of the customers here use the parking lot surface as a trash can. Dirtbags.

Ridiculous on how they say "you cant shop here because you are not 18", it's legal to shop at age 14 15 or 16. This is the Ridiculous ShopRite I've ever seen. Children who are 14 or 16 can shop, and there is no Policy on ages to shop.
