“i have rented a lot of mailboxes over the years as i have moved around the country a lot for work and i would have to say that this my experience here was better than most. First off the were quick to respond to my yelp message and once i found their webpage all the info i wanted was easy to find. Also their store has way better hours than i have found anywhere else. I went there that afternoon spoke to an associate got taken care of quickly was explained everything got my box situated. Also they have a great system of scaling up the services you need and what you are charged as your needs or business grows. So you only have to pay for the lowest tier in the beginning and then either keep that low fee or go up to a more expensive one as your services needed grow. In a world of businesses trying to overcharge u for almost everything they can this was a refreshing change. Hopefully this will be just the beginning of a long relationship with this p.o.box provider.”

I use Fedex 5-6/7 days a week for my small business, and have gone to just about every Fedex in a 10 mile radius...Nothing even comes close to the type of customer service and genuine people this location has.Dave (the manager) might be one of the hardest working people I've ever met. I've seen him in there running the store solo, 5 people in line, someone at the printer, and somehow we're all out of there in under 2 minutes. And I'm sure if he see's this, he wont even take the credit for being a big part of why the store is so great, and he'll say something like, "it's because we have an awesome team." Well Dave, yes, the team is great! But your coaching wins championships!Over the past few years, I had the privilege of getting to know basically every staff member. Some have come and go, but my Day 1's are the sole reason I am even writing this review...So to Mika, Sabirah, Mona, Linette, and Yolanda. Ladies, I cannot thank you enough for making me feel like family. You put a smile on my face every morning and every evening. My Fedex trips are not even close to the same without you all. I hope you know how much I appreciate everything you guys did in making me feel like more then a customer.Every morning and every evening I was greeted with a genuine "hello" or "how was your day?" and i'm not talking about the fake Chik Fil A robot type of greeting, I mean everyone really cared!Over the last 2ish years, I'd seen some of the rudest patrons snap on these incredible people for no reason! Like it's their fault your package is a day late or make up the shipping prices? Anyway, once the next customer was up, it was as if nothing had happened...Frankly, I don't know if I would have enough will power to not hop the counter and ship a customers face overnight express (uninsured).At peak rush, there was always 2 registers moving the line lightning fast. If someone was having trouble on the printers/copiers, help was there before the customer could even turn around and ask.I hope this long review doesn't get skipped over by those looking for a reputable, friendly, and fast location. If I wasn't an hour away, I'd still use this location. Because you won't find another with people like this.To the incredible people of 1816 SG Fedex, Thank you for everything!”

Everyone working here has been super nice; for example, I forgot to turn off auto-pay at the very end of the lease and they saved the check for me, called me about it, and allowed me to pick up the non-cashed check at my convenience. The loading bay and parking spots were super convenient for the moves, too.”
