Cool products but I had an issue with a gift I received that was purchased from Shibe. There was a defect with the product (not their fault) but I reached out via email and Instagram to try to find a solution that was fair for both parties and I never got a response.

My two sons and I stopped in to peruse, and discovered a little gem of a store! Awesome vintage merchandise AND outstanding customer service. We purchased three hoodies. Shortly after we left, we discovered a small hole in my son’s hoodie. We had to catch a train so we couldn’t go back to exchange it. Plus, we live in Colorado, so we would not have an opportunity to go back before we left. I called the store and spoke to Destiny. She asked for my mailing address so that she could mail a new one out to us…AND, we didn’t even have to mail the damaged hoodie back to them. Within minutes, a tracking link was emailed to me.What excellent customer service!! It’s really hard to find this these days. Thanks again, Destiny!

Shibe is one of my favorite Philly sports stores to snag vintage style gear. I love the collection and the service is always very welcoming. For out of towners who want quality and uncommon "standard" Philly sports gear, I make sure we stop here for them to stock up. I LIVE in my tie dye eagles vintage sweatshirt- so cozy!

Shibe Vintage Sports is great. I recently learned about the Steelers and the Eagles merging during WWII and showed my Steelers fan boyfriend the TikTok I originally saw about it. He obviously thought it was pretty cool and I immediately knew I wanted to find some "Steagles" gear for him for Christmas. Shibe Vintage Sports had the shirt I wanted, so I ordered it online. Their customer service is great - I accidentally ordered the shirt to my parent's house instead of my apartment and emailed them once I realized my mistake. They were able to send it to my apartment and confirmed the change of address quickly. My boyfriend loved his gift!

Customer service is a -1 star, weird vibe and laziness doesn't make a person inclined to spend... I had this place on my bucket list when i travled to Philly from California to purchase 1 item, of course i would have spent more, they have unique inventory. Luckily they had what i wanted in stock hence the 4 stars. However, I will never patronize again.

Originally from Philadelphia, but moved away years ago. I still come back to visit, and this past week learned of Shibe Vintage. Really great selection of product. Nice to see old school vintage logos from Philly teams of the past. Hats, shirts, you name it. I especially liked the shirts from the old stadiums and arenas that were long ago replaced. Great staff, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Just bought two shirts from this store. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a VERY long time. The quality of the shirts is incredible, but the guys working there are even better. They had the television on in the background where Media was in the bottom of the 6th in the little league world series. I hesitated to leave the store after my purchase because it was an important part of the game. The guys saw my dilemma and told me to pull up a chair! Great quality, great service, I will be back.

Tasteful designs that please all levels of fans.. from the most rabid Birds fan to the more bandwagon type. Especially impressed with quick turnaround on orders leading up to the Super Bowl. Placed an online order late on a Sunday and received my package in the Philly suburbs via USPS on Monday afternoon. At only $4 shipping, I was amazed at this level of hustle.
