I have never brought any clothing here, but last year when I was walking back from work I saw the lady who works here yelling to a customer on the street. Quite impressive and unprofessional.

Do not come here, received back damaged items and barely any compensation. I brought a brand new item to be dry cleaned and it was returned to me with stains and my white dress was dyed a blue hue. I brought it back to be re-cleaned and after two weeks I picked it up in the same state. When I asked to be refunded (and showed the receipt) for the price of the dress, she told me she would not refund me nor even the services ($18) that I paid for it to be cleaned, just to have it back stained. After multiple back-and-forth discussions, she said she would give me $50 and then tried to push me to only accept credit. I have no intention of being a customer here any longer so after repeated requests for the agreed money rather than credit, she finally gave me $50 (although the item was $120) and refused to even refund the service fee, so essentially only gave me $32 back for a now damaged item. I was hopeful that this would be resolved amicably and I wouldn’t need to write this review, but the way that this was handled was unprofessional and unfair to the customer. I would caution others to be aware of how this establishment handled this situation out of concern for others experiencing the same issue in future.

The owner did me a favor by fixing my son's uniform. Unexpected kindness! I will definitely go back with some dry cleaning.

I brought 1 suit and 3 shirts in and the old lady was very nice. She gave me a total of $29.50 which I wasn’t mad at but I came back to pick up my clothes and met another woman who says she’s the owner and she charges me $40 for the clothes. I think that was Daylight robbery, most expensive dry cleaning I’ve ever done. Not going there again.

I would not go here to get any alterations done. The woman here is crazy. She didn’t do a good job with the stitching my pants and when I asked her to fix the stitching she told me it’s not a big deal. I calmly asked for my money back because I was dissatisfied with the job and she started yelling at me and basically told me she would give me my money back if she took out all the stitching. At that point I decided to leave and she started yelling at me on the street calling me dumb and stupid. I’m never going there again.Service: Alterations

The woman didn't do a good job on the stitching of my pants so I kindly asked for my money back. she started yelling at me and told me she would only give me my money back if she took out all the stitching. I decided not to and she started yelling at me calling me dumb and stupid.

Brought a suit and a couple shirts in. The owner was very nice and the prices were great. Unfortunately, when I came back to pick them up the suit had scorch marks, and when I asked them about the burns they said there was nothing they could do. One of the dress shirts also had to be recleaned because of marks that had happened after I dropped off the shirts.

Recently used this place for the first and last time. Asked the employee there if they could specifically take care of a vintage designer piece. They reviewed the clothing and said “no problem.” Come back a week later, and the detailing at the collar was completely melted off. In addition, there was a ticketing issue so that the number I was given did not match what was in the computer so they had to search for my garments. And only 3 out of the six garments I had dropped off were ready at the defined pick up time.

The woman who owns this place is a raving lunatic. Her prices fluctuate from day to day for the exact same service depending on her 'mood' which is usually bad and extremely nasty. She is hostile and aggressive and I am not the least bit surprised that customers have, had to call the cops on her. There are lots of dry cleaners within walking distance from this place, I strongly suggest you do not do business with this woman.

I just picked up my Mother of the Bride dress that I had alterations done. The dress fits perfect now. The cost was very reasonable and turn around fast. I would highly recommend to my neighbors in Fairmount.
