Very kind owners who have the best advice. I got two watches made smaller here to fit my wrist, and for that service they fixed the clasp on my necklace for free! The watch fixes were reasonably priced. The jewelry in the display cases were also very beautiful and they have the ability to do custom requests.

I can’t say enough about Sermania Jewelry. Janice and Joe and their terrific family are so welcoming. They make you feel like part of their family whenever you visit. Also, after just one or two times, they seem to instinctively know what you’re looking for and get to know your taste/style. Their customer service goes way beyond showing products. They make you feel like friends and family - and that’s way too rare today.

Janice and Joe are very sweet. I needed a ring for a character and they had a perfect fit. Although they could have ordered one if I needed it. I was in haste but admired some swashbuckling cufflinks while Janice steamed the ring. A beautiful range of wonderful pieces! Had to leave a comment. Really sweet joint. ❤️??*edit: got my wedding ring here??? *went back and took my army ring to get fixed since it was smushed, and they made it better than new. I didn't see the Eagles 'bling' before but there are some sweeet pieces. Any bird fans should check it out because we know it's better to show support after being knocked down than it is when we're standing tall. And there's some sweet pieces.

Joe and his wife run a lovely and honest business. He previously adjusted a watch-band for me, and just today I went and bought a sterling silver gold-plated chain from him. He explained everything very clearly and didn’t push anything on me. A great little shop which I will certainly return to in the future

I dropped my watches off and they were able to replace the batteries on all 3 of them within 30 min (while I went for my run)! The couple that owns the shop were very nice.

Picking a Jeweler is tough but Joe and his family make it easy. Coworker recommend them and it was a fit! Nice people, great work, fair price. Wedding vendors are exhausting but this store is a breath of fresh air. My fiancé and I can't thank them enough.
