I had an amazing experience with Amy who did my graduation day makeup! She was very professional, took the time to listen to what I wanted, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. I would absolutely recommend, and I would definitely come back in the future!

Very bad experience I was doing DoorDash and the lady with the purple hat was such a rude employee her attitude was mean and I smelled cigarettes on her work shirt which made me angry because she was very rude and fast talking me for no reason she should not have a job like this if she don’t wanna help the customers I hope she gets it together

Went for eyes make up to Siejhyah. Horrible! Horrible service . The “artist” couldn’t not even make a straight eye line . I showed the picture with make up I want and it was very far away from what I want, I paid and left with nothing . My mood was destroyed before special event . To do appointment make sure who will do your make up . At least an artist who is able to use brush not fingers .

This store is a disgrace! The sample makeup is dirty and smashed down. It’s like a nightclub and the staff is too busy posing in the mirror to offer assistance, I am not intrested in cult faves, I wanted to spend money but staff was more interested in vogueing than providing quality service. The Merit makeup samples were gross and all used up not a good presentation.

Sephora has been a disappointment lately. The store is often understaffed, and the employees don't seem to be on the same page. Due to the poor customer service, I ended up leaving without making a purchase and went to Bluemercury instead, where I had a much better experience.

Jojo was incredibly helpful earlier this week! It was only her second day on the job and she seemed so comfortable and knowledgeable about not just the products but how to use them and how to navigate the store. She recommended a few products that have significantly improved my skin and my makeup is looking better than ever.

I went here today as a total newbie to the makeup game and Alice did a magnificent job of selecting a product that met my goals while being exceptionally courteous and respectful while applying makeup to my face. Will certainly be stopping by here again; thank you!
