I love the outdoors and went on a nice little hike. The weather was a little chilly but it was a beautiful day. The woman in the picture is Rebecca Dhondt. She used to work here and has many fond memories.

Went for two events centered around the mudhif installation. Excellent programming, friendly staff and volunteers, and the grounds are beautiful. The dedicated, knowledgeable team at the wildlife clinic are also a credit to the mission of the center.

The Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education inspires meaningful connections between people and nature. With 365 acres of fields, forests, ponds, and streams in northwest Philadelphia, we work through four core program areas: environmental education, environmental art, land stewardship, and wildlife rehabilitation.
The Wildlife Clinic is currently open to new intakes. Our drop-off hours are 9am-6pm daily.
Our Nature Preschool classroom opens directly onto our nature preserve, giving children a unique opportunity to explore and learn about their relationship to the natural world.
