Love this store it's so nice n friendly the sales reps helped me with everything ❤ and they were working stocking n keeping this store spotless!!! Since they remodeled it everything is in order n have more stock n larger displays for fresh fruit n veggies but most importantly ITS SPOTLESS!! GREAT JOB GUY'S ? ? OH YOUR PRICES ARE AWESOME TOO!!!?

It's ok. Normally quiet the times that I go (10:30 pm). They do not have the best produce and I understand it's target Market to be able to have people to be able to afford food but just the quality of produce could be better. I just like to get their big 20lb bag of ice for under $7.00. The people that work there are ok.

a good place to go when you're on a tight budget. i do about 85% of my shopping here and get the vast majority of what i need here. staff are nice, and I've never had a problem finding what i need here that's available on most grocery stores.

I will never spend another cent in this store even if it's after 8 and Aldi is closed. Every single time my husband and I have been in this store they follow us around and give us the evil eye. Today we were stopped by the security guard because he had a bump in his hoodie. He has a broken collarbone from an assault and carries around a 1 foot metal pole as a weapon in his sleeve to defend against potential attacks. We are not thieves and never have been. Every single employee treats us as though we are criminals and it's insulting and infuriating. I suppose if we didnt wear hoodies and leather jackets we would be treated with more respect. I'll "save-a-lot" of anguish by not shopping here any longer. ADIOS!
UPDATE!
He went in there the next day and as payback for this comment they refused to give him cash back with a purchase. He left the item, a candy bar, at the register and went to Aldi. The cashier told the security guard she saw a bump in his pocket. The security guard followed him out the store, across 2 parking lots, across Castor Avenue, across the Aldi parking lot, into Aldi, down the aisle where he was making his selection. He very loudly and publicly called him a thief and suggested he stole a $1.50 candy bar and made him empty his pockets. A crowd stared as he collected the junk from his pockets. As there was nothing stolen the security guard walked out without an apology. These people are truly despicable. The cashier and security gaurd must own stock in Hersey to be so concerned with the potential loss of $1.50. Next time they want to take thier anger and disappointment in life out on someone, please do it on "Save-a-Lot" property so the cameras get a good view!

I only went in for romaine lettue. Fee which they didn't have any, but the product looked amazing!

Took a friend to shop there. Was surprised at the mix of branded and none branded food. My rating is for pricing of branded foods. They were higher than the ShopRite I did my shopping at right after.
Store was clean and well stocked, and the staff in the meat departments was very helpful to my friend who was picking out fresh meat.

This is one of the bigger Save A Lot locations, and they have a lot in the store. With this being one of the only two grocery stores within walking distance in this neighborhood, I say it's pretty good with a lot in stock for the most part.
But it also sits within a food desert so take that how you may. It's not 24 hours like it used to be, but it's still a good option for those who don't feel like taking the bus to shop, or are unable to drive.
