Loved working with Sara! She is very knowledgeable of the city and has great connections to help with the entire process of buying a home. She helped me over the course of several years to finally find and close on a home, and never once pressured me into going for something I was not 100% on. Thanks again Sara! :)

Absolutely cannot recommend Sara enough especially for first time buyers! She took serious time to prep with us before we even started viewings so that we were as knowledgeable as possible about the process we would go through rather than learning as we experienced it. It made making an offer and working through settlement less stressful since we knew what to expect. She was a wonderful support and always provided us with guidance while encouraging us to always do what suited us best. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and inventory available in Philly. On viewings she was paying as close attention to the homes as we were and openly discussed positives/negatives. So personable, kind, and genuine!

My husband and I love Sara! She is patient and flexible and does a great job of listening. We never felt pressured into any decisions, which was great because we really didn't know what we wanted for a long time. She is responsive and knows when/how to act quickly when necessary. She is a strong negotiator and helped us to get a great price. I have already recommended her to family members.

Sara truly was the greatest to work with! She is so kind and understanding and really listens to what your priorities are in the process. She is super responsive and really hit the ground running after our initial meetings with next steps and information. Sara and her team helped us understand the whole process as first time buyers from start to finish and were with us every step of the way. She also helped us negotiate and get an incredible closing price and had great recommendations for mortgage companies, inspectors, and everything in between. Would give Sara and her team 10 stars if I could!

I had a great experience working with Sara! Very professional, knowledgeable and a wonderful person. I felt she was easily reachable to answer any questions and worked with me around my erratic shift schedule to meet/view properties. She took time to get to know me/helped me figure out my ‘must-haves’ in a home to find a good fit. As a first-time buyer I felt very supported navigating a complicated/unfamiliar process. Would recommended her to anyone looking for a home in the area, 10/10!

Sara, was wonderful to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions about the process, and Sara worked with me to not only find the house I wonted but to also make sure that I understood the process and gained knowledge as a homebuyer. She was also very communicative during a particularly tricky closing, and I felt that she always had my best interest in mind.
