I am not really giving a review of this location but have visited this location before and had no issues however online banking has been a problem, I am in New Zealand and have been here for over a month and was only able to view my account online once or twice which is unacceptable

My card was blocked for some unapparent reason,The teller Angeles did a wonderful job in helping me reset my password as well as his co worker,AnnEverything was professional as well as pleasant transaction. Most definitely will be coming back to this location 1616 Great job.Thanks,guys

It took them two months to close out a safe deposit box. I received contradictory information.Terrible customer service. Do not bank here.

I came in there as a walk in, they directed me to a guy named andrew & he thought i was somebody who he already was waiting on. i told him i don’t have a appointment he said it’s fine & asked me what did i come in for, i told him but he started to act weird & was being very curious about my life & what i do & where i live.. he asked for my id & i gave it to him & then he asked how much was i putting in my account today, so basically he was just asking unnecessary stuff when he wasn’t even about to open an account for me at the moment then he proceeds to ask me if i can come back another day because he has someone else when he told me to come into his office anyway. moral of the story i didn’t like his attitude & it was weird & made me uncomfortable i told him i’m going to go to another location

My parents went to open an account together. They were able to hearing other people's personal information through the cubicles. They also had an issue using a debit card and to withdrawal money.

It is 4:40pm right now. Online, over the phone, and the physical store hours say they close at 5pm. It is New Years Eve and it is understandable if you close early. It isn't acceptable, however, to waste people's time and not make an early shut down public. I drove all the way into the city because I trusted what you advertised. Highly disappointed.
