The pros: store is well organized, and the dressing room attendant was very courteous and professional. I found the perfect pair of jeans for a great price. The cons: I shopped on a Saturday and there were only two cashiers. There was a long wait for a single person who had purchased a lot of things and was at the register for about 15 minutes. Although prices have doubled, they still can't afford to hire more people. This is a Tell-Tale sign that the economy is not good.

My 1st time here ?. I had fun trying on various outfits and shoes . ? I was looking for an all white dress ? but found a nice chocolate sleeveless dress ? . Everyone was very friendly and greeted me as I walked by. The check out hostess was friendly as well and said that the chocolate dress would go great with my complexion and hair color . ??? I definitely will return again . I hadn't been in this mall in years !

I’m very upset about this brand.. I bought a pairs of shoes Badgley Mischka on March 28.2024 . When I received they sent to me very bad condition and someone else wear them on duty checking shipper and sent to my ordered. When I open I get mess and disappointed who is careless the job . I go to post office to returned and paid extra $15 -20 for free charge. I called to customer service no one pick up , I sent email 3 times no one reply . They are sent e-mail inform about reviewing my return shoes and will return after 7days . But until now I didn’t receive any response or my money back . I want attach a pictures but don’t know how to do . The shoes very dirty and very bad condition.
Never i will bought this brand ????

I don't usually have time to go shopping and when I go I spend SOME money. Last time I went it was Christmas Eve I bought two pants for my husband with other things. I spent around $800. unfortunately, the pants were small on him and I had to return it. And because of my busy schedule with 8 kids, I could not make it before January 30th. They did not return the items, they didn't even give me any store credit for them. Now there is nothing I can do with these pants even though I spent a lot of money. Horrible, inconvenient policy if you’re busy.
