This place is a complete waste of money $315 for they guy they sent out to me named Brandon to do the sloppiest and laziest job i have ever seen I can pay a crack head to do a way better job than what Brandon did so since i have warranty i called and tell them where they messed up including misplacing a bolt for the window and their reply was i don't have any openings until two weeks we have to reorder the window....sir your guy Brandon misplaced the bolt it's the only issue at the moment. Fast forward to the appointment day the person they sent out called and had the audacity to say he doesn't have the bolts required with him thats the last straw never again will i give my money to this company! If you decide to spend money here make sure you have someone who knows about cars watch them doing their job !

They are the worst. They replace my windshield and never replaced or put in new clips they glued down the whole windshield and then they couldn't replace the molding that goes on top so water doesn't get into the car. And now that I have the molding and new clips I found out that they glued everything down so it will be difficult to get out without breaking the windshield. This is costing me hundreds of dollars. I should have known there was a problem when they changed my windshield wipers and put on the wrong size. I had to take them back. I can't even get ahold of anybody to complain

Great experience at this location. They did an excellent job replacing my windshield. They also were able to accommodate my dropping my car off early.

They rescheduled my appointment, cancelled the rescheduled appointment without telling me, then when I called offered me an appointment a week and a half later. (3 weeks from when I filed the claim.) They refused to do anything to expedite the process despite having the part on hand.

I have had a very poor experience with Safelite overall, including at this location and will avoid using them in the future.
Two of my windows needed replacement: both on the right side of the car. I took a Monday off from work to get to this Safelite location (they did not want to come to my house as the forecast called for rain) only to find out once there that they had ordered only 1 replacement window, and it was for the left side. I took another day off work on Wednesday to go back to this Safelite location and that day, once I got there, they told me they had only received 1 window for the right hand side, the other one had not come in. I then scheduled a technician to come out several weeks later to do the last window replacement and in the process of the repair he broke my passenger door handle where it now won't open from the inside. And the company is not responding to my messages.

Chan did a great job with the window and even pointed out a mistake with the last place I went for a repair. The wait time was shorter than expected and he even saved my next oil change sticker . Everyone at the front desk was so nice, helpful, and welcoming. Hopefully a rock doesn’t crack my windshield again but if it does this is where I’ll go back!

Replaced my windshield twice with Safelite, it is easy to make appointment through car insurance company and on your own. They perform the job professionally, the work is clean and perfectly install. Recommend to friends and family.

Terribly overpriced & if you decided to cancel an appointment they will still charge you for taxes & fees. Insane, better off looking for local places that will do it way cheaper. Safelite charged me $500 for one window VS the local shop that charged $300. You do the math
