I've had a very horrible experience with this company I'm currently looking to find a new insurance company this people at Allstate lied to me on a number of times and went in to my account and raised my bill for no reason and when I complained about it they had all kinds of excuses that made no sense so no I wouldn't be recommending this company to anyone else.

Female employee contradicted the website and customer service agent on the phone and when I said that she laughed and said speak to my manager and hung up. Refused to give name. Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Cancelled both mine and my parents cancelled their policy because of issues with her. As a whole, preys on the Vietnamese community who do not speak English and understand policies they’re being misled into yet gets an attitude and confrontational with those that do and not blindly trust them. To all children of Vietnamese parents, please be with them and read what they’re signing because it isn’t what they’re being told. Edit: Found out the associate’s name from another person with issues. Phan/Fiona Chau is the customer service rep with the attitude

I put in a claim on feb1 and no one started any work and I have to reach out to the adjuster and sometimes I can’t get thru.I’m realizing ready to look for another home insurance company.I’m not getting the help I needed to move farther in my home.

I have not had any problems with Allstate but I have not had any claims yet to determine if claims are paid timely and fairly.

Ruby was so informative and so eager to explain to me the process and importance of homeowners insurance. She was always available for questions or concerns. I had a discrepancy with the other insurance company, Ruby made it imperative for herself and her team to try to figure out the best course of action. Her professionalism is top tier and I would recommend her to both friends and family for any insurance needs they may have. She also found me a really good auto insurance rate which allowed me to bundle both insurances. Top tier!
