I can't give either South Philly Ross anything more than two stars. They need to shut one down, merge them, keep the employees, and then run one store well. Y'all South Philly folks leaving good reviews need to step out of South Philly and shop at a decent Ross. The one on Market is at least three stars. This Ross looks like deep South Philly - dirty and a mess. The selection is the trailings and leftovers of the Ross world. This store is hit or miss on cleanliness and organization, probably because hardly any staff work the floor. And often it's empty of items except clothes. The men's section is a joke. Same with homeware and furniture. Might as well go to Goodwill. I love Ross but avoid both South Philly stores. The employees are nice enough, but the clientele is often the worst peeps from the hood. You know that horrible, loud-mouthed, rude, selfish neighbor on your block that everyone actually hates? You will probably run into them or one of their thieving friends at this Ross.
