Horrible and disrespectful behavior! The fitting room woman grabbed aggressively the dress from my mom’s hands that she wanted to try. This is an unacceptable behavior that should not be allowed. I do not recommend this place at all.

Horrible staff members, rude rude rude. They treat people like they are enemies. The store does not have exciting things. Large but the staff made you just want to leave. They always out of bags to enforce you to buy the bag for 99 cents plus tax. Not to recommend this store for anyone at any time.

Fire the lady in the fitting room. She is extremely rude to the clients. This is the second time I've seen her do it and, honestly, it really hurts the client experience. She is not around when she is supposed to but expects you to know where to put the items you don't want or get a number before getting into the fitting room. She will even scold you if you don't do it correctly. I saw her screaming at a customer today asking her to get out of the fitting room (when she was already trying on things) and grab a number because, as I said before, she was not in there doing her job. Couldn't she have gotten the number for her?
Aside from that ... this store is a hit or miss. Most of the time is unorganized.

I like it better then Burlington anymore. Clothes are better then before. Prices are definitely worth it. They have things for everyone and toys. It's a place that you can find everything you need.
