As an individual who is huge on respect and against discrimination, my experience with this ross gets 1 star primarily because of the poor attitude of the female security guard on the date of 9/1/24 around the time of 7:45 pm. Upon my first time ever entering this ross store, she gives me a hard stare and whispers to her team "watch this young man who just entered the store" on her microphone. I observed the way she treated everyone else who entered the store after me and she greeted them with a smile and a friendly "hello." Absolutely garbage of a human this security guard is to be bias toward me and treat everyone else with equal kindness. I probably won't return to this ross anymore if this is the way I am to be treated each time i enter the store. All customers despite their age, ethnicity, sex, etc... deserve the attempted show of decency and respect.

The other day I went to Ross, went up to the restroom, it was locked with a coded lock. I couldn’t find any staff to ask them to open it. I understand that it is becoming a rule to close toilets in stores.

I did not know Ross was the place to shop ... But I found out ,I would go to Walmart or target which I don't like , anyway , I went to Ross for ladies clothes and the things fix me great ! And the people there are wonderful ,they are willing to help you find the sizes you want .the people at the service desk ,are so polite,they will even let you go back to change the size. Form now on it's the Ross store first.
