The other day I went to Ross, went up to the restroom, it was locked with a coded lock. I couldn’t find any staff to ask them to open it. I understand that it is becoming a rule to close toilets in stores.

You can find good deals for many brands in here, sometimes you need to dig in and be patient. Overall it’s very good store for outlets and to find some findings
