Awesome service and prompt delivery of flowers I ordered for my aunt's 79th birthday. I made my order online, but Rose Velt Florist stayed in contact with me through email and text advising me of the status of my order right up to when it was delivered. My aunt loved the floral arrangement stating that the flowers were bright, beautiful, and fresh. I will definitely order from them again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! My husband ordered flowers from 1800 flowers and they used this place. I received flowers that were broken and dead! He complained and 1800 flowers said they would replace. This place delivered again and guess what… they were also broken and dead!! We complained again for a refund and 1800 gave us a credit and wants to resend the flowers… we will never be ordering from 1800 flowers or this place again. Awful!!!

I successfully had flowers delivered to a recipient native of Philadelphia prior to my surprise visit. Mary Ann was beyond professional and patient for my entire customer experience ensuring not only when the recipient was available to receive by calling them, but also confirming when it was delivered .. meanwhile I placed this order from an entirely separate state prior to visit. Exceptional Service!

This florist could not have been more rude at the absolute worst time. My father died two days ago, and brother-in-law sent me and my spouse sympathy flowers. My spouse was not able to pick up the phone due to a work meeting when the delivery driver arrived. The florist called my spouse directly and did not make any effort to understand why it might be difficult for us to pick up a delivery we did not know was being made, forcing them apologize multiple times for not picking up the phone. It would be great if Rose Velt was even a bit more understanding of people's individual schedules, especially given the fact that these were flowers delivered as a result of a death.
