This is the second ROOST property I’ve stayed at, and both have been incredible. ROOST East Market is in a perfect location and I had a fantastic corner room with great views. ROOST does an awesome job supplying each apartment with all the little amenities one would need on a short trip, and I’m a big fan of having the apartments equipped with Apple TV. I’ll continue to recommend this hotel chain to anyone I know looking to travel to a city with these hotels.

We had to change our plans unexpectedly as our flight got cancelled.Roost staff was really kind and empathic with our situation and help us through the process and gave us a solution.We are just looking forward to go to Philadelphia and stay with them as we are sure our stay would be a 10 out of 10.Again, thanks for your help!Borja

ROOST East Market was a perfect accommodation for me and my team. Amenities were great, places to eat nearby, and most importantly , the staff were A+. Everyone made you feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back! Shoutout to Toya who was great at recommending some things to do in the area. I enjoyed my conversation with her!

My stay with roost east market was absolutely amazing. My daughter and I loved the room and location it was perfect. The young lady shajuana was a great help as well as Frank at the front desk for making sure the room was ready on time with no hassle at all. I’ll be back again thanks for the great stay .

I stayed overnight with Roost at The Girard and loved it! The building is beautiful with great amenities, the apartment was spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience! I wish I knew about this hotel when my daughter started school in Philadelphia 2.5 years ago. We are staying here as my daughter had bilateral knee surgery and could not go up 3 flights of stairs to her apartment. The apartments, amenities, and staff have been beyond what we hoped. The pool is a full lap pool with space for those who want to relax. For those of us who want to swim laps outside, this is probably one of the best pools in Philadelphia. We originally booked to stay here for 10 days but kept extending our stay based on both my daughter's recovery and the great experience here. The front desk, the maintenance staff, the hosts on the amenity floor, and the managers all went above and beyond! On our last extension, I requested it too late so had to book a smaller apartment. I asked the staff to let us know if our size (1 bedroom with den) opened up. It did not and then they surprised us with an upgrade to 2 bedroom. That is just one example of how the staff continually exceeds expectations, and that's with over a 3 week stay! We will stay here every time we come back to Philly!

Thank you Roost East Market for a great stay, my husband and I truly enjoyed our experience. The location was perfect, the room was beautifully designed yet comfortable with everything you need plus more. I enjoyed the gym and pool while my husband was working but glad we made a weekend out of it so we could enjoy it together. Thank you Amina, Robert and Frank who always greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel right at home. We look forward to our next visit hopefully sometime soon. Thank you

We loved this spot. We were in an Airbnb for vacation and wanted to extend our stay in Philadelphia but the Airbnb was booked so we decided to get a hotel. We have a dog and needed a dog friendly place. To be honest, I liked the hotel better than our Airbnb. It felt more cozy and actually had better amenities.The room was lovely with nice decorations and good views of the city. The light did shine in a bit too much for me at night though. The bath products were high quality. This was a very quiet stay, especially for inner city.I can't say enough about the front desk. Incredibly friendly and helpful.Unfortunately the dog park was closed for renovations but we had no problem walking her within the hotel grounds still.The pool area was very nice and heated. The outdoor and indoor social areas are all quite nice.The only downfall is the parking is very expensive.Rooms: The room was super cozy and nicely decorated. Felt very at home. Good view from the room too. Could have been a little darker at night but the curtains let light in.Safety: Felt very safe with security posted around the block.Food & drinks: Ironhill Brewing literally just around the corner had great food and beer. No wait time on a Saturday.

We were here a year ago. We had a great apartment with a full kitchen. the house has its own pool and gym. Price/performance is absolutely right here. I have fond memories of the hotel.

Stayed here for two nights while in town for a concert. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The pool was delightful and relaxing. Staff at Roost East Market were so welcoming and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Philly!
