I stayed at this hotel when I had to travel back & forth between states. In my opinion, the staff, maids, maintenance guys, & every employee there presented good manners & positive attitudes. They were also forthcoming if you asked for a little help, particularly towards a respectful client.Safety: There is a security guard inside the facility even though they have cameras pointing in every direction. Anytime I've come across this gentleman I acknowledge that he remains alert & shows responsibility towards his job. I know I shouldn't but on his watch I left my car unlocked numerous times.

I basically grew up behind this motel. It always had a sketchy strange element about it. What do you expect for a roadside city motel. If you want classy 5 star + accomodations, go to center city with accomodations up the wazoo and private parking. Bed bugs are a serious issue and once that problem is dug in, it takes alot of money and time to eradicate that issue.

Filthy and INFESTED with roaches!! They were crawling out of the cracks in the walls (pictures attached). We also found someone’s false fingernail on the floor and the sheets were dirty and had burn holes all over them. The whole place reeks and is beyond filthy. I asked the guy, very nicely, for a partial refund, since we had only been there 3 hours before we got grossed-out to stay. He refused and was very rude about it. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were the only hotel in the city.

Average motel. The rooms are oldish but was comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is a clean environment and stores are within walking distance.Walkability: Can walk and catch the number 14 bus from Fern Rock from the El Train.Food & drinks: Close to restaurants in walking distance.

Rooms are horrible. Total decline of what it used to be. 120 for no refrigerator no heat and my remote didn't work. Slept on top of the blanket didn't trust the sheets.

Disgusting my husband and I seen roaches and bed bugs sink kept clogging up p very upsetting.Then we went to the front desk to complain and then they acted like they couldn't do anything

I didn't not like it at all. People sleep in the grass. People laying on the floor In the lobby. The room was very nasty not clean at all. I as for my money back and they said I waited to late to get my money back. I would not tell anyone to stay there. I was not in that room a good 5 min. The sheets were nasty. And they wouldn't give our money back.
