My husband purchased a car from here not even a full year ago. I’ll start from the beginning my husband went to this lot and after talking to the gentleman Mr.Frank and how nice and down to earth he appeared to be my husband purchased a 2012 dodge journey. As soon as we got the car home the transmission light came on,we immediately notified Mr.Frank who told us to bring it back and he would have his mechanic look at it.We took it back and Mr.Frank gave us a loaner car ,we got the car back in less than a week but a few days later the transmission light came back on.Due to his anxiety my husband just kept the car but maybe a few months later the car started to make a strange noise so we stopped driving it through the winter.We recently took it to a transmission shop who stated a whole new transmission was needed estimated cost $4000 for parts and labor for a car we spent $6000 on.Upon trying to take the car home it literally stopped running. We notified Mr.Frank once more to see how he could resolve this matter since it’s been about 10 months half of which we couldn’t drive we were willing to take something else even if it was not as modern we just needed something to that could accommodate our family and at least get us to one place to the next. Mr.Frank had told my husband on numerous occasions he will figure something out and call him back,any time my husband called back he stated “I didn’t forget about you Mike” yet he has not called back and the car is junk sitting outside my home. It’s very unfortunate situation especially since we purchased based off what appeared to a good honest man.
