I have been a client of RocheBobois for 4 years and 2 apartments. The items are beautiful, well made and unique! The items come from Europe and made to order.The designers are knowledgable, pleasant, patient, and truly listen to what you need. They provide excellent recommendations and always offer options to suit various tastes and prices points.I have had the designers come to my home to offer placement suggestions, and even recommend complimentary paint finishes.I can call with a specific request and they will offer several design options, not just furniture but other decorative design accents. They also have excellent floor sample sales.I could not be happier with my selections and Roche Bobois service!!

Call me crazy for buying two of the world's most expensive cushions, but I did. I knew what I was getting, but what surprised me, for a store that is so expensive and lah-dee-dah, was the bad customer service. We bought the items during the covid supply-chain-mess time, so expected delays, but waiting ONE YEAR for two cushions seemed a bit excessive. Part of the problem was that the store never had my correct name, and mixed up my name with my email address on the invoices. This screwed up normal communication at a minimum. When the items finally arrived in NEW JERSEY, just across the bridge, it still took 3 months for them to cross the Delaware. And the store offered NO delivery. I still had to schlepp them home. I'm happy with my purchase, but the customer service was pretty appalling, IMO. (I'm posting now because I just came across the Roche-Bobois paperwork & it reminded me of how unsatisfactory the whole experience was.)

I'm not the one who writes reviews, but I just want to share my experience so that others who are ordering from this company are aware of what they're stepping into.We ordered a vase from this store in early May while visiting Philly (with a delivery to their store to Chicago). Now, I understand it's not a typical vase - it's a very big, expensive piece of art. However, it's been more than four months and we still haven't received the item. When I placed the order, I was told that the item was actually in stock in the US and I just needed to wait a few weeks for it to be transported from the East Coast to Chicago. I should have questioned back then why it takes weeks to simply ship an item within the US. Forget about email order confirmation or some sort of tacking number. Since then, no one has followed up with me. I have had to reach out myself multiple times and all I get is a generic response like "your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated." The last update I received (between two stores involved) was that it was supposed to be delivered last week to Chicago. Today is Friday of the next week and there has been silence once again. And mind you, they didn't hesitate to charge me half of the price for the item back in May.If you do decide to order anything from this store, be prepared to wait for months with no clear guidance and no customer service. It is an extremely frustrating and frankly unexpected level of service for the outrageous price they're charging.

Beautiful, high quality, last a lifetime, get exactly what you want, furniture. As a designer the huge range of custom options and ability to work with Roche Bobois sales staff & designers to create custom pieces of furniture for my clients has been invaluable. I am a customer for life.

The store itself is beautiful. I'm used to going to the one at the marketplace. This new location is probably one of the most stunning showrooms I've been in. I ordered a couch, planning on ordering a whole living room, but unfortunately my couch took near 12 weeks to arrive! I am a busy woman and do not have time to wait around for mere furniture. A nice place to window shop, but don't ever expect to see it in your home.
