It is impossible to book an appointment. I would be a new patient and tried to book online. After completing the new patient registration, I attempted to book, but I was directed to a site that said I need VPN software. I attempted four times. Then tried to call. I got a recording that repeated "you are first in line- the wait time is 3 minutes". This went on loop for five minutes. Since I was in the neighborhood, I decided to stop in. The front desk women (who were very nice) couldn't provide any explanation for either of the above, but told me I should get the app. Which I did. Then you need a practice code. The woman at the desk provided it. If I wasn't there, I would have had to call (even though I wasn't able to get through). After I entered the practice code, it told me "sorry not in our records". I finally had to tell the front desk woman that I can't possibly be involved in a practice where it is literally impossible to make an appointment or even get through to anyone. I don't recommend even attempting to be part of this practice- feels like amateur hour.

Would not recommend. Was ridiculed by a doctor there and was left in tears on the sidewalk. Find another practice.

I scheduled an appointment three months in advance since this is how long the wait is for the new patients. I called the office to confirm that they take UnitedHealthCare insurance and they said yes.Two days before the appointment they called me to confirm and everything was fine. Then I called the front desk to confirm the insurance again and they said they don't take my plan and I'll be responsible for the cost of the appointment. You can't make people wait three months just to tell that you don't accept insurance. Between this provider is listed on the insurance website as a network provider. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.

Do not go to Rittenhouse Women's Wellness center. I'm being forced to schedule an annual physical in order to make any appointments or have any prescriptions written. I was just made aware of this requirement today. It's in effect now, but I can't be seen until 11/6. It is negligent to force patients to schedule a physical with little notice in order to qualify for any further appointments or necessary prescriptions but then make them wait almost a month to comply. A lot can happen in a month, and what if I need medical attention before my scheduled appointment? This is messed up. However, I like my doctor a lot. Just the policies and front desk staff are horrible. I'm going to have to abandon my doctor to switch to an overall better practice with fair policies. I must add that their lateness policy is insane and unforgiving. 7 minutes late, and your appointment is canceled. You will be charged a hefty no show fee. This is a city with major traffic and parking availability issues. Things happen. I absolutely get having some sort of policy for lateness/no shows, but this is ridiculous. Plus, the existence of memberships and the constant barrage of newsletters pushing botox and the like are pretty offensive.

DO NOT go to this practice. I don't normally write reviews, but as a healthcare provider myself, the experiences I have had here are harmful to patients. You will be gaslight, they will mess up prescriptions and then tell you it is your fault. There are many other primary care providers in the area and I highly recommend skipping this location. update: since I left reviews, they denied filling my full prescription. They originally say they would give me a full month but the following morning after making it clear I would not return to this clinic in the long run and I made online yreviews, I got a message that I would only be given 7 days bc they were being "cautious" while also acknowledging that not taking this medication without tapering causes withdrawl

Last obgyn check up the nurse practitioner Rayna told me that being on birth control for years can help chances of getting pregnant because since the eggs aren't released there are more to use when you want get pregnant. Which is like actually really really wrong. Pretty freaky stuff.

Love the office and staff but the elder lady in the front with reading glasses & blonde hair needs help with her customer service skills. She made me stand and wait til she was done chatting with her coworker to check me in. She barely checked my info and insurance to tell me I had to call the 1 800 number in the back of my card to verify my coverage. I have insurance and it covered the visit. Not only that, she said I was a "pleasure to have in the office" once I had to do her job. It isn't hard to be kind and take care of the patient at your workplace. Please do better.

The response from the manager was that I wasn't a patient, how insulting. She said she couldn't identify me which is true.... because ofcourse she couldn't I didn't leave my name. What an aweful rely. Trust me, this place is the last place you want to spend your money, so unprofessional and the worst Doctor and service you can get in a city of excellent care.

I have been at this practice for years and have to warn people to NOT come here!! I knew they had gone through many changes but they have truly hit rock bottom. I started having health problems that were the same issues my mother died from. I made appointments and calls and was NEVER seen by my doctor. I was given the Nurse Practitioner who sent me for MRI and colonoscopy even though I had just had one. I explained I couldn't get in for a colonoscopy for 7 months and they could/would/did not assist in any way. I scheduled earlier at another hospital only to find out the Nurse Practitioner didn't give me a script for a colonoscopy- and now only wanted me to speak to a gastroenterologist. When I got my MRI, they said the test is normally done with contrast but my Dr (or NP) ordered WITHOUT contrast and that I would most likely need to return to have it done again. The MRI showed cysts on my ovaries and something on my kidney and I needed to seek medical attention. The NEVER Dr called me. I made several calls and sent many messages and the response time was many days and often weeks. The NP said to take meds- which would probably cause greater issues- so I did not. She misread the MRI and completely overlooked the ovaries and kidneys until I asked her to review that. She said it could be a problem but since they did without contrast she couldn't tell. She asked me to get a pelvic ultrasound. I had already assumed would be needed (and with this practice, I clearly needed to diagnose myself) and already made an appointment but my appointment wasn't for a few more weeks. I asked if there was another suggestion they had for pain or discomfort and no suggestions or even response. They had me get blood work- which I immediately did- and told me I wouldn't get the results for 2 weeks. When I got the results the next day, I called the Dr to discuss them. I left more messages and sent more emails, and it still took them over a week to get back to me. When the NP finally called (again, still have not been seen or heard from a doctor) she had no suggestions other than to wait for a colonoscopy (again in SEVEN MONTHS- having already waited). She then said I should be on pain meds, but when I explained the pain meds cause more issues she said if the pain wasn't great enough to take the meds then my health problems could not be that bad. In my last and final attempt to understand why they couldn't be more professional or simply helpful so that I am not the only one attempting to resolve this issue, she advised they were too busy. I expressed that the MRI weeks ago suggested I needed medical care, and she said she has at least 20 calls to make a day and simply could not respond- no matter what the diagnosis, number of calls and requests, and/or simply how much pain and discomfort a patient may be suffering through. To put in her exact words they "are too busy to help"! I have since left the practice, seen an actual doctor, seen a specialist, and had surgery that was desperately needed. My quality of life has returned and RWWC still is waiting to hear if I've gotten a colonoscopy. They don't have a clue and they don't care. You will not get the care you need here so please don't give them another moment of your time!

I was very disappointed by this practice. I was looking forward to being a new patient. However, the customer service was terrible. They make you use a tech platform to schedule appointments (somehow you can't cancel on the platform) and don't respond to any messages. So it's challenging to get in contact with a staff member. I had to ask multiple times for paperwork to get my records transferred to their office (I CALLED several times) and only received the documentation after weeks had passed and I gave up on going to their practice. I don't recommend this practice if you want quality care with decent customer service. What a headache! I should have read all the other terrible reviews on this page before even wasting my time making an appointment at this Tier III sketchy practice.

Don't waste your time going to this practice. They gave me incorrect information regarding my health and testing. Spoke to other doctors and they verified what I was told there is not true. In addition they didn't even give me a full annual exam and rushed thru my appointment.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Faust-Rakos today and it went really well! I was in an out in under 30 minutes, waited no time at all to be taken to the exam room, and then the doctor came in right away. She was sweet, friendly, and listened to my concerns. I switched to Dr. Faust-Rakos after a bad experience with a Penn GYN provider last month. I had a pap already, so just went to Dr. Faust-Rakos for STI testing. She clearly explained the testing options and helped me make the best decision. The office is small and clean and the nurse and front desk staff were very nice. Overall I'd definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a gynecologist!

I was very upset to find that this came up on a search for LGBTQ friendly practitioners. They are NOT LGBTQ friendly. I was a patient here for 8 years and recently came into my queer identity. I was on Yelp searching for a new practitioner because Rittenhouse Womens Wellness completely disregarded my gender and sexuality. In particular the OBGYN at this practice insisted I get on birth control even though I said no at least 3x. I'm trans masc!!!! I was outraged. The practice said the owner would call me to talk about what happened but she never bothered to. This place is not for LGBTQ individuals.

I made an appointment for a specific issue for my college student, though we were a new patient: the people I spoke to gave conflicting information and no sense that they had medical records which were sent to them. I understand the need for a baseline but there was no sense after the appointment that we can even get the issue addressed- despite multiple conversations up front specifically to confirm the purpose. Care was sterile, lazy and lackadaisical- definitely cannot recommend this group. Waste of time, waste of insurance- in the business to do whatever cosmetic machine they seem to run. Our experience was very similar to others who left poor Google reviews in the last few months - I wish I had read them. We won't be going back so that we can at least avoid the maze of appointments hoping to address our health issue.
