This Rite Aid really went downhill fast! Takes several attempts to get through on phone because they ignore calls. I had to call the store and have them page pharmacy before they finally pick up. Also they leave you sitting at drive through anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes and this is being the only car there just for 1 prescription. It’s clear that this place doesn’t care it’s beyond repair now just go somewhere else…

The staff is always helpful and friendly and the store is always neat and clean when I visit. I like this location especially because it is OPEN 24 hours and since my schedule is off when I need to pick up a few things this Rite-Aid is open and comes through for me. Thank you!

My child has epilepsy and every single time I need to fill her rescue meds it’s a problem. It’s beyond frustrating. This time they told me they didn’t have the script which cannot be possible because I can see it on my MyCHOP account AND I got a text message from the pharmacy saying that they would fill the script on February 23rd. Well it’s March 4th now and not only is it not filled but they claim to not have the script. I feel like no one is knowledgeable on this medication there or how it works because I have to explain it to them every time when I fill her script. I used to like this place because how easy and fast it was getting my daughters other medications but this issue with the rescue meds for her epilepsy has been ongoing and really pissing me off. They treat me like some second rate citizen every time and act like I don’t know what I’m talking about when it’s actually them who don’t know. I already switched her meds for her ADHD because they seem to never have it. Looks like I need to move all her prescriptions and never have to come to this godforsaken place again!

Alfred is awesome... Very helpful, courteous, and def makes going there more pleasant. My kids were sick, and he went above and beyond to try to get me distilled water from the back since they were out of inventory in the shelves. I could tell he was busy in the middle of something...but he stopped and kept checking. It's a breathe of fresh air getting that kind of service.Sad to say but these days, actual customer service is practically a thing of the past. Alfred keeps it alive.Whatever you do, keep him and staff like him at this location.

The pharmacist Michelle is unprofessional !!! Hung the phone up during the talk. Also, said that a dentist cannot prescribe antiviral medications (valtrex) which is ridiculous! Doctor of dental surgery-DDS cannot prescribe antiviral drugs, seriously??? Is it a truly professional pharmacist?

The pharmacy side never answers the phones. Good luck calling and spend half of your day trying to get someone to answer. You would be lucky for a technician to answer which they don't know most of the answers. We understand the pharmacists probably have other quotas to make such as vaccines etc. Their bonuses pay better for other services rather than answering patients questions. The owners of RiteAid have to think of different solutions to maintain the business. Every patient makes you $$$ how do you keep up with the competition? Answer your phones and provide better infrastructure to keep up patient satisfaction.
