If I could give this Rite Aid 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst pharmacy in Philadelphia. The line at the pharmacy is always long and no one seems to care. The people behind the counter look up at line and put their heads back down. I guess they say it's not my job. BUT IT IS. ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACY MANAGER. They should jump in and get the line down when it's more than 3 people. Mostly elderly. They should have 2 registers open at all times. And at slow times they can ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Instead of someone constantly sending messages about scrips not being picked up put your energy to better use. This why people are not in a rush to pick them up.You have to pack a lunch. I usually go through the drive thru so today I waited about 10 to 15 minutes to be told after I was forced to go inside and wait again in a long line of 8 people that it was broken which I don't believe.Just think they chose not answer. More convenient for them. No signs posted. So I asked for the pharmacy manager to say please post a sign on the intercom and complain about the long line and she says I'm just here for today. WRONG ANSWER. Get it together Rite Aide You like being the worst store in existence? All I see in your reviews are 1 star.

Deserves ZERO stars! This Rite Aid is horrible! No one ever answers the phone and if you need to pick up medications prepare to wait 20 minutes at minimum. I usually pick up medications by going through the drive thru (and there's never any cars in front of me) and I'm told repeatedly to give them a few minutes and they don't bother to take the name or DOB for the person I'm picking up for. I wait there at least 15 minutes before they finally take the name and DOB and then I'm forced to wait again before they finally decide to send the meds. I've gone into the store a few times since the drive thru is always excruciatingly slow but the wait time is the same! The call button and screen are filthy and the customer service is non existent. This morning I had to pick up meds and I pressed the call button in the drive thru but no one ever acknowledged me, I pressed again but again nothing so after 6 minutes I decided to go in. When I went in the lady at the pick-up window said it hadn't been turned on yet! Seriously! It was a Tuesday at 10 AM, which is hours after they opened the pharmacy. Unfortunately, my local Rite Aid on Rising Sun & Tabor Avenue closed down so this is where I need to pick up medications but it's time to look elsewhere because this place is horrendous! I added a video where you can clearly hear the employee say the drive thru button wasn't turned on.

This rite aid has to be the worst rite aid in all of Philadelphia. The pharmacist seem to be incompetent. They move slow. The drive thru is pointless, because they’ll literally have you sitting out there for 10-15 minutes. They don’t answer the phone. They all look confused all the time. Some are rude. Definitely have to find a different place to pick up my prescriptions.

They are very incompetent... I left work to pick up the medications at 2:00 pm and when I arrived it was closed for lunch. There is a sign that says lunch is 1:30 to 2:00pm. The nice thing about it is that it wasn't ready yet. It used to have good administration but it is no longer useful ?

Never pick up phone needed medicine refill or information on medicine but no one pick up, last time someone in store had same issues but that person needed medicine for her heart so if late completely out she might not be alive

Unfortunately, the store has gone downhill. its mostly empty, the associates look bored and unhappy, its dirty, especially the drive thru, if you didnt get sick from Covid, you may get sick passing through the drive thru. the pharmacy associates are rude, not helpful, dont really help out, nor give you option nor advise . the front associates are stressed out, and they show it. its asame that people have to work like this. I know because of the area where is located that its not the best, but the customers who still go, need to e treated nice. if you are unhappy working there or you feel that your superiors don't care than you should look elsewhere. and The owners should care more of their employeesso they can give a better service.

I have no issues with the pharmacy. The only one I have is they never pick up the phone. I called the pharmacy like ten times today and they never pick up the phone.

They always shut the doors 15 minutes before assigned closing times!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!In addition, when the pharmacy calls you to let you know your meds are ready, when you get there they STILL MAKE YOU WAIT to prepare them. Why you call me and they not even ready?! WORST RITE AID EVER

The entrance to the store is like walking through a landfill!! Trash, garbage and even clothing piled up on both sides of the door. How do you expect customers to shop there??? This would not happen at your stores in better areas so why here. No wonder the staff is so upset and threatening to walk out...with customers at the register
