Fiona, the pharmacist, is rude, impolite and was shouting from the other side of the consultation window. She was disclosing all my medications in front of other patients in line, which is CLEAR HIPAA VIOLATION. Then, she sent me to another Rite Aid saying the medicine was there. I called and they said: "no we don't have the prescription". She is clearly very miserable and treats patients with no compassion. However, a HIPAA violation is unacceptable for any healthcare worker let alone a pharmacist.

This location is terrible. Why don't you answer the phone? You waste people's time. I'm calling and calling to see if my prescription is ready before I show up because yesterday when I came for it they said they didn't have it and would have to order it. I should be able to verify before going up there, stand in a long line, only to be possibly turned away again. How can a place that holds people's life saving medicine continually refuse to answer the phone? I'm transferring to CVS ASAP .

My experience at Rite aid Pharmacy was very pleasant. I received very helpful information, which was a blessing financially.

The pharmacy is well-organized, nice, friendly, and they actually give you counseling on the drugs you're picking up. After years at CVS, they have restored my faith in pharmacies.

This is a full service and well stocked pharmacy. They have a friendly staff. The pharmacists are skilled administrators of vaccine injections.

Do not go here, customer service in the pharmacy is terrible! And they are rude on the phone. And by the respones I am reading on the current reviews from the owner I guess im going to have to contact customer service agian.

The fact that they get one star is being generous. They are incredibly disorganized and don’t even have the decency to call patients when medication goes on back order. I understand when things go on back order, but the decency to just call or text, especially because I never had that problem at other Rite Aids before, would be nice. From observation, they treat the customers rudely and like idiots. As a former technician, it’s highly unethical and unprofessional to treat people like this. I called one time and a tech said she couldn’t find me in the system, I called later and the pharmacist did. No wonder this company is closing businesses.

The pharmacy never answers it’s very stressful and annoying. Why work somewhere and not do your job, it makes no sense.

You can never get anyone on the phone in the pharmacy. I need a refill on my BP meds and are down to my last pill. I have called many times and no pick up. Then you go to the store and people are available to answer cause they are not busy. Planning to switch to CVS

I have been trying to call literally all day at different times. Not only is the pharmacy unreachable but so is the main phone line as well. How are they able to get away with this?! They are completely useless and I hope somebody is held accountable.
