If I could give them no stars I would. I called in my insulin prescription refill on Thursday and was told it would be ready on Friday. No one EVER called to say they didn't have any in stock. I called Saturday to check on other prescriptions and that's when I was told it was out of stock. I was told it would be in and ready for me on Monday. (Today) I was then told it wouldn't be in until tomorrow and that they could give me the number to contact another Rite Aid that had it in stock. Called said other store only to be told that that was yesterday's count and that they actually had none. I could understand if I had waited until the last minute to order a refill but I literally gave them 4 days notice. I'm glad my well-being is so important to them.

My wife's insulin perception was supposed done today not tomorrow, no call call to let her know that it wasn't in . She called 5 days ago to make sure it was in . The Rite Aid they sent her to didn't have either! Excellent Job putting people's lives in jeopardy!

Rire aid is a clean and friendly environment. They are very helpful in finding items in the store. Pharmacy is always there to answer all of your questions.

Depressing store. Expensive like any other drugstore. There is also a parking lot, but tends to always be nearly full due to non-Rite Aid customers.

Pharmacist was rude, wouldn't even look at me. Told me they dont have my type of medication and wont order it either. Her exact words I wont order it. Horrible attitude. People come in there not feeling good to begin with and to be subject to that Is a sin.

Pharmacist by name Salia was so courteous to my elderly mother and father. She helped us get a walk in appointment today at 9:20AM and didn’t even make us wait! About a month ago we stopped by during the hours of 2-3pm and the other female pharmacist (I think her name was Annette or Anna) was so rude to my mom. She said my mom has to learn how to use the internet and that appointment are required and that she is maxed out with walk in people which was a lie. It was only 2:05pm and there was no one waiting for shots. She also didn’t even come close to us , was shoutingFrom afar. Very unprofessional. Needless to say we will only come back on Salia’s shift

My Mom went in person to get her Covid booster and was road blocked with need to go online to make an appointment. (Note to Company: not all elderly people are computer oriented; someone should have helped her sign up for an appointment.) I got her an appointment online for 2:20 p.m. Pharmacist finally waited on her at 3:15 p.m. Recommend getting vaccine somewhere that honors appointment time and assists elderly people.

The new female pharmacist is very smart and professional. She was able to help me find over the counter product for my wife and answered all of the questions I had. She also reassured me about covid vaccine fears that I had and gave me very a good insight on how safe the vaccines are. Pharmacy appeared clean and nice too. I will be back. Thanks. Al.
