Over the past two years, most of the shelves have been near-empty or empty, most of the time. Today: no deodorant, no ice, no gum.
The people who work here are super nice. The store is just constantly out of stock.

Long line, slow/unfriendly service. No stock, like at all. Cardboard sign on the register says "we are not closing!" ...maybe you should?

This market, which has many purchases such as pharmacy, make-up, food, jewelry care products, is very preferred. Everything except some of its employees looks good. I go every two weeks and shop. There is a lady who is on duty there, she helps me a lot when I have a question. She is very hardworking and kind, I hope she gets the value she deserves.

My neighborhood Rite Aid is a great store. Well stocked and well run. And the pharmacy is wonderful, too. We are so lucky to have this store in our neighborhood, in Queen Village, Philadelphia.

Terrible service, waited in line for 20min.and they shut me out told me I had to come back after llunch even though it was just a pick up.

Pharmacy is horribly run. I waited for an 25+ minutes for a vaccine appointment that I had scheduled and didn't even end up getting it. 6+ people came up while I was waiting and none of their prescriptions were ready. Severely understaffed and clearly poorly managed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not the one to give bad reviews but sheesh this place has gone downhill. This is literally the worst pharmacy in Philadelphia; my doctor called in a prescription multiple hours ago, and I arrived to the pharmacy before they closed, and they did not fill it. Absolutely Horrible customer service, long lines, and overall just a really blasé and lame experience. Really sad to see; the manager should be ashamed of himself. I highly recommend and encourage you to go elsewhere for your prescriptions.

This place is awful. They constantly only have one person on the register with no help and there is always a line. There is no time during the day that there is not a long line of people waiting. Mind you, they have other people working who are never working the register. I hear people complaining in the long lines daily, but unfortunately it’s the only rite aid in the area. The woman on register is also very slow and needs assistance with ringing up.

This is my go to Rite Aid pharmacy. It's clean, bright, associates & pharmacists are friendly and staff is knowledgeable and smile.

Writing this as I stand in line at the pharmacy. Been in line for about fifteen minutes. I believe I will have another ten minutes or so to go. I am looking for other pharmacies but if you are switching be advised this is not the best place to go. This happens literally every time regardless of what time I come. There are literally 2 people in front of me and 9 people in line behind me. I imagine the ninth person behind me will be here for more than 30 minutes. Good luck team!

Worst communication by any pharmacy I've ever been to. Told me my medication would arrive "in the next two days" for two weeks.

Rudest staff at the check-out counters. They barely look at you, let alone say hello or thank you, etc. Not sure if it's lack of training or lack of common courtesy, but it's pretty awkward. Store is always neat and well-stocked for essentials, if you can adjust to the lack of customer service.

The pharmacy staff is very helpful and the location, with parking, is a plus in Center City, Philadelphia.
