Although there was a small error about the address where the flowers to be sent, once I recognize it, it was corrected. The flower arrangements were beautiful, everyone talked about how pretty they were. A very happy and satisfied customer.

My family and I ordered 5 flower arrangements for my father's funeral. We ordered 5 different flower arrangements out of a catalog the store provided, each arrangement consisting of different shades of blue flowers. We received 5 similar flower arrangements and only 2 had the shades of blue flowers. The flowers were pretty but not what we ordered.

If you want stress on your wedding day or bait and switch...order from here. My photographer was waiting for the correct flowers so he could take pictures, and I had to send them back 3 times AND STILL GOT THIS...sparse foolishness. I paid for Phaelonopsis, and they tried to send me roses and callas.I'm still traumatized...4 years later. Don't say you don't have a record of my order because I do!!!!! I still want a refund. Order was taken at 4400 hundred block of 5th Street in Feltonville, order filled at 5th and Girard by Robert on a Sunday morning...the same name as my husband...the poor delivery guy ran up and down I95 2 extra times...this was stressful for us.I had to pay extra for the photographer to wait, AND I WAS LATE TO MY WEDDING
