"My father passed away some years ago, and my daughter took it really hard at the time, ultimately dropping out of college. Recently, she decided to enroll back in college, but the institution wouldn't accept her FAFSA without the death certificate. I couldn't locate it and turned to online search. Somehow, I felt compelled to call Ricks, and I spoke to J. She stopped whatever she was doing and took the time to search for the document, and found it with no problem. Mrs. J is incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. I'm immensely grateful for all that she has done for the Frame Family."

This is the worst funeral home I have ever seen the service was ghetto the pastor had on regular clothing polo shirt and jeans This was the fastest funeral I have ever been to I would never send them any business just pittedful

My Father passed away suddenly Sept. 1, and Rick's Funeral team stepped in and showed compassion, patients and handled everything with care. Losing a loved one is not easy and having to plan a funeral while grieving for a loved one is a difficult task. Before I could call our family funeral director, Mr. Wiley at Rick's Funeral & Cremations, he was calling me to offer condolences and to help me with the planning of my daughter-in-laws service after seeing the post of her passing. Being very passionate and understanding, her memorial was handled nicely. My family thanks Rick's so much for helping us during this very difficult time. May God continue to bless you richly for you compassion and professionalism.

Rick’s is by far thee best funeral home ever, they have been serving my loved ones since 1993 and not one service was ever the same. When you go to a ricks funeral baaaaaby you see just how talented they are. Rick’s always make your process as easy as possible . They have traveled out of state to service people I know and they do it with grace. When my family have to bury someone we are treated like family. I love that Rick’s make things so easy from dealing with the state to insurance needs and more, I also love how every year they have a great big memorial to recognize our love ones and to say thank you for using Ricks. Tommy God has blessed you with a gift that no woman or man can take from you. Hands down Ricks is the best at what they do, I’ve been to other services and those funerals home try to do what Rick’s do and I be like what in the world is going on?????. Ain’t no service like a Rick’s service. Thank you for all of your hard work.

Rick's Funeral Services were excellent from beginning to end. I gave them a budget and they went above and beyond and stayed within that budget. They also did an excellent job on my brother and the funeral service was great. They provided an pastor and a singer who did an amazing job. They treated us with respect and dignity and did not overcharge or pressure us in any kind of way. I highly recommend their services.
