The hotel is very nice and clean. Our room was decent size and clean for the most part. Had a very nice view of the water and airport to see planes taking off which to me is very cool! The bar is nice and cozy but a tad overpriced. The front desk manager Jason is a sweetheart and helped my friends and I enjoy our stay even more. I guess being from Cleveland everything was confusing to find. Initially we ended up at a business park before we found the hotel. Parking is ok, but overall we enjoyed our stay!Food & drinks: Food was pricey. $17 for 6 wings, but the dessert was sooooooo good. I would go back for that!!!!!

This is overall a nice hotel, it has a great shuttle system which I didn't use but I saw it pick up and drop off many guests during our stay. The rooms was okay, it wasn't dirty by any means but there was no trash bags or the appropriate amount of towels provided. I had to resort to just leaving my trash outside the door to be taken out daily (I have a toddler still in diapers). The whole parking situation is truly awful and will be the main reason I will not return. We were informed it would be $25 for parking, when we went to check out they said it was $25 a day for guests?? It was a total of over $75 to park for three days..Who charges the GUESTS staying at your hotel that much?? Getting out of the hotel was even worse, I was trying to exit and had to wait a good 20 minutes before someone answered the phone (Your keycard doesn't and won't ever work). There's a small diner there which costs an arm and a leg for the bare minimum of food. Like I said this is an nice hotel to look at but the lack of amenities and the outrageous parking fee will make me look somewhere else.

Management is terrible in this Hotel.Do not stay here unless you don’t mind cleaning up your own room, paying $25 a day for parking. Unresponsive employees who don’t seem to communicate. Restaurant is only saving grace.Will never stay here again!

Honestly not sure why the reviews are less than exceptional. This was the best stay I’ve ever had. Staff is extremely friendly, extremely helpful/attentive, patient, very kind and accommodating. They respond quickly. Yeah my toilet didn’t flush..twice..but they fixed it almost immediately. Kudos to the front desk, the kitchen staff, and the gentlemen who makes the Starbucks. Y’all the best???Location, is very close to airport and quite a few eateries near I95 *if you’re a walker*. No complaints, I’ll sing y'all praises for an eternity.

We tried to use the shuttle that the hotel offered and we called 30 minutes ahead of time only for the shuttle to skip over us and drive by us at the airport. when we called the hotel to ask what happened they were rude and acted like it’s just because they were busy . We ended up wasting over an hour of our time standing out in the cold and had to order an Uber . Do not use this hotel service
