We had my parent's house bathrooms updated as they are getting older and do not want to leave their home. The upstairs bathroom was completely remodeled with a safety shower and updated equipment for my father who cannot walk while the downstairs bathroom was widened by another 3 feet and updated with new powder room equipment. Re-Bath did a wonderful job with both bathrooms. I would also like to add that the crew were extremely attentive to my elderly parents and let them know when the water might be turned off, for how long and made sure to inconvenience them for as little as possible. They were very polite and professionally every step of the way and updated me as to progress each day they worked. My experience with Re-Bath and their crew was really positive and I would definitely hire this company for another job of this nature, but the crew that worked in my parents home worked very well with each other and ourselves to make the entire experience well worth it.

Re-bath has served us twice now- both jobs were quick and painless. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable contractors and super responsive. Our bathtub replacement had minor cosmetic damage and Re-Bath responded in hours to remedy the issue. Highly recommended!Services: Bathtub replacement

I would recommend this company to anyone. Victor and his installation team were incredible and went above and beyond on my bathroom renovation project - from start to finish, they were kind, responsive, on time and even thoroughly cleaned after each and every day. This was a big and complicated job that I was hesitant to get started on and the team put me at ease while answering all of my questions and including me in on the process without me ever having to ask. They make acrylic showers and try to push this on you. I specifically asked if they do ceramic tiles and they said yes just to send their salesman and at the end of the of visit tell you that they don't do ceramic tiles. I really wasted my time. If you really like acrylic walls they offer good selection but at high price in my opinion.

I originally gave them 5 stars because they came over to fix the shower that was under warranty. On two different occasions I spoke with a young lady who wasn't that pleasant and didn't know how to resolve my concern. I left a message about 2 weeks ago and never received a reply and therefore had to call again today.I was even told that I purchased my own items when the company purchased and installed everything in the bathroom remodel.Service: Remodeling
