Horrible couch and service. We have only had our couch a few months. We purchased the protection plan. This plan is a complete joke. Don't spend your money on it. We need this horrible couch out of our home. Don't shop at this horrible store or this horrible company.

Have a good experience every time I go in there the lady is nice and friendly and everything in willing to help you with one or 10 items I will go back again. I just think for some of your items at the outlet it should be a little bit cheaper
