Made a purchase, employee forgot to put item in bag due to being on the phone. Manager informed nothing done, no apology or anything. I really hope they properly train there employees and let them know they can’t work on the phone

stand a disrespect that I am going to enter the store today that I wanted to buy PAL of clothes and shoes and the security guard who is in the store today 9/7/2021 and that happened at 2:30 pm he wanted me I would leave my wallet and I told him that I was not going to leave my wallet why is there my belongings and my money ... and he replied that he will take my money and if I could enter but that is never a lack of respect and I believe that if they continue like this they will lose customers in their business ... and from my side I will not return anymore

I don't care what anyone says, this is my favorite Rainbow of all time! The store manager here is such a sweetheart, and he is sooo funny!! Store is always clean, well organized, and stocked!!

They clearly need a new manager, I got to the store at 6:28 the door says they close at 7 pm but the door was already locked. A lady was at the front,so I said arent you closed at 7,she says no we closed now. So I called the store and someone picks up ,I asked for the manager because the door says 7pm and you guys are already closed. She responded saying the lady at the door is the manager and that there is nothing she can do because she was the one who closed up at that time..mind you they had a xustomer shopping in the store still..Very unprofessional and knows nothing about customer sevice.Im emailing the corporate office about you and ill be speaking to your boss Nasir.
