This store is ok,they usually have what I am looking for but don't follow me around the store everybody does not steal,I didn't even have a bag I had my fanny pack on,they have a lot nice clothes on the plus size side and the other side doesn't have nothing over there,

Always loved this rainbow store. However i spent Uber money to get here an hour before they were expected to close and was kicked out of the store at 7:30. The sign clearly states closing time is 8 p.m. Disappointing!

Always loved this rainbow store. However i spent Uber money to get here an hour before they were expected to close and was kicked out of the store at 7:30. The sign clearly states closing time is 8 p.m. Disappointing!

Customer service dumb and unprofessional. The lady with the braids all she does is complain about her job & she’s lucky she has one. And the guy is more focused on discussing celebrating 4/20. If they are doing anymore than ringing up purchases, good luck, you’ll be waiting with no actual results.

Popped in here to grab an off the shoulder top like the one in my picture! lol. Literally, an agent told me to find a top like I have on in that very picture and I stopped here to look for it! Very large, lots of inventory, right now lots of clearance to make room for the spring clothes. I was able to find a top on clearance for $3 bucks!

The Rainbow store at the Olney Shopping plaza is horrible!!!! The reason I say it's horrible because they only have 2 employees and a manager working in the store. One employee is at the door when you 1st walk in, the other employee is at the register, and the manager somewhere in the store. I went today to return an item and was waiting over hour. The employee was ringing a customer up but one of the products wasn't the same and had to go find the correct product while all of this going on the employee standing at the door when you 1st walk in went on break. The manager no where to be found. The manager comes gives me a paper to fill out so I can return the item but doesn't help me right away leaves then finally comes back and helps me while the other employee is still on break. Rainbow should have more than 2 employees I'm not going back to this Rainbow store at the Olney shopping center
