Me and my boyfriend went to rainbow this morning and the front desk cashier at terminal 001 was very nasty towards us she rolled her eyes at him slammed the receipt on the counter and handed him his bag super nasty as she almost dropped his bag as she was handing it to him ! I wanted to smack her and knock everything off the shelves but we just ended up leaving , I start to just return all we brought because of the customer service was very trash ! This not the first time we had nasty service their and it needs to be addressed

I went all the way across town to this Rainbow location and they wouldn't let me in
Google says they close at 6pm and it was only 5:40pm
After fighting through rush hour traffic to get there I was NOT a happy camper
They're still my FAVORITE store lol just not that location

Poor customer service. I witnessed the cashier mocking a deaf customer when another customer tried to cut the line in front of her. Disgusting, vile. At a revenue of 1.5 billion, I HIGHLY suggest you rethink and assess who you hire to take money from your customers. How are your cashiers mocking people who are different or may have a disability? She is spending her money and should be treated with respect! Horrible branch. Its no real reason why an employee, who appears to be over 50 years of age is at the cash wrap, laughing and mimicking the voice of a deaf customer. From the cashier's own mouth she said "I think she may be deaf" so all other commentary after that with the other customer was unnecessary and uncouth. I plan to call corporate Monday morning to report the cashier and I have all the details on my receipt to pinpoint her. Remind your cashiers that being professional should be a way of life if you are working in a professional setting.
