Two of the items in my online order came defective (one an off-the-shoulder top with a broken support strap and the other a crop that ties criss cross around the waist and in the back and the strings/cords were only a few inches long, as if they were cut off)I noticed when you return items (through mail, not in-store... I live hours from the nearest store so I didn't have that option), they charge you $7.99, so in my email to customer service I asked what they do for customers who receive defective items (because paying for shipping back defective items doesn't make much sense), they didn't respond to that and just said to send them back (like a normal order, if you ordered the wrong size or didn't like the product and have to pay shipping).Super disappointing. After my first order from them coming way after the email and website said it would come and then this, I am done with Rainbow. Still surprised and confused how defective items get shipped out and goes unnoticed...

I’m just trying to figure out for folks who order online and live in Philadelphia why are they shipping via fedex? Why not USPS?

Yesterday, I contacted Rainbow by email and by phone. They never responded to my email. I called regarding the status of my order. The first representative I spoke with was very rude, nasty, and gave me misinformation about my order and the expected delivery time. I told her the reason why I need my order early and she told me my order can be shipped yesterday afternoon or tomorrow in the morning which is 4th of July. Later, I called and the representative hanged up on me. I recalled and spoke with another representative. I ask her the same questions just like I asked the first representative. She was very nice in the way she spoke with me. The first agent lied about my order and said my order can be shipped by July 3 or July 4th however the fulfillment centers is closed 4th of July. Overall, if I could give this company zero stars I would.

I've called customer service several times and I've been waiting to hear something from a district or general manager of a store since January 3rd.It's been a month and I just don't understand what's taking so long to respond.

Couldn't give 0 stars so I had to put 1. Customer service is all the way rude and just disrespectful. I spent $138 on this web site, package was sent to my po box. I got 2 expected delivery dates. First they sent the package all the way back to where it shipped from. Then they tell me the 2nd date. Ok, all the while I'm calling and going to the post office, package never got there. By 2nd delivery date I was told by customer service to wait until the next day. After it was already 2 and half weeks. Then the package still didn't come the next day and I was refused a refund. I had to call my bank and file a claim to be refunded. I must have called them and FedEx more than 10 times just to get no results and at this point I won't when go in a rainbow store. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she said someone will call u back. Still haven't gotten that call .. This company needs to train the people they have dealing with their customers on what customer service really means and how to talk to people. Maybe they should do like undercover boss and see for themselves what they workers are doing. Company just lost a good customer because I will not even go in their stores anymore.

EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPSTried to return my purchase and the lady was prompted to give me merchandise credit instead of my cash i paid. After calling several out of service numbers (red flag) given by different instore employees I finally had one that worked. The lady was rude and very unhelpful. Part of customer service is to listen and help solve a problem not belittle or make the customer irate. But rainbow can kindly keep the 32.11 maybe it will help them keep this phone number in service.

I worked for them for a couple of days and I couldn't stand it I have nothing nice to say about this job. And I found a better place of employment, and I mean no disrespect but it's not something I would recommend ppl worked at.
