They pay ELEVEN dollars an hour for a 9 hour day. Hours of 7 am to 5pm so when can you get a second job? Nowhere almost, what a sad company to pay a wage I made when i was 15. who can live on 20,000 a year?!

Ordered online- sent item back as item was cheaply made and damaged upon arrival. Having issues with customer service for refund. Will NOT purchase from EVER AGAIN!!!! and I am still waiting for them to receive my return- they may have a contract with FedEx to not have returns delivered within the 30 day period- that they say they must receive it in from the original date delivered to customer- for a valid return. I chose this option as opposed to getting in-store credit by returning to a physical location. I think the original delivery date was May 11th. They almost are at the no valid return period- :(

I'm a huge customer of Rainbow, your stores in New York for 40 years and since I relocated, your stores in Connecticut for 9 as well. I also shop regularly on your website. On December 8th, 2023 I placed a very large order on your website. I only received part of the order and the rest was lost. Upon speaking to FedEx & USPS, I was told that even though a label was created for this box, it doesn't seem that it left your facility, or it was placed & left on a pallet somewhere. Long story short, can you help me find my the part of my order that was lost? My order contained alot of sets that were going to be given as Christmas gifts. That never happened, because I only received half of the matching pieces while others were lost. I was given a refund which is no help because the items I ordered are sold out now. Is there any way you can track this box down and find it for me. I'll pay for the items. I just REALLY want them!!! I also had called your customer service about this and was told I'll never get the items and that they're lost, after being put on hold for 20 minutes by a rude young lady. I'm sure if anyone who would know where this box is, you guys would. Like I said, Fedex and USPS say you guys still have it. And, I would also like to add, just like another person who left a review on here had her order sent to her post office box and never received her order, is also the same situation as myself.. My order was also sent to my post office box. Please, can you track down and find my order? If needed, I still have all of the tracking information. I hope to hear a response back. Thank you.I'll leave an update on here & let everyone know if this situation was ever responded to or rectified. And, just how awesome Rainbow Shops is or is not. If not, I will never shop with them ever again.

Two of the items in my online order came defective (one an off-the-shoulder top with a broken support strap and the other a crop that ties criss cross around the waist and in the back and the strings/cords were only a few inches long, as if they were cut off)
I noticed when you return items (through mail, not in-store... I live hours from the nearest store so I didn't have that option), they charge you $7.99, so in my email to customer service I asked what they do for customers who receive defective items (because paying for shipping back defective items doesn't make much sense), they didn't respond to that and just said to send them back (like a normal order, if you ordered the wrong size or didn't like the product and have to pay shipping).
Super disappointing. After my first order from them coming way after the email and website said it would come and then this, I am done with Rainbow. Still surprised and confused how defective items get shipped out and goes unnoticed...

Yesterday, I contacted Rainbow by email and by phone. They never responded to my email. I called regarding the status of my order. The first representative I spoke with was very rude, nasty, and gave me misinformation about my order and the expected delivery time. I told her the reason why I need my order early and she told me my order can be shipped yesterday afternoon or tomorrow in the morning which is 4th of July. Later, I called and the representative hanged up on me. I recalled and spoke with another representative. I ask her the same questions just like I asked the first representative. She was very nice in the way she spoke with me. The first agent lied about my order and said my order can be shipped by July 3 or July 4th however the fulfillment centers is closed 4th of July. Overall, if I could give this company zero stars I would.

I've called customer service several times and I've been waiting to hear something from a district or general manager of a store since January 3rd.It's been a month and I just don't understand what's taking so long to respond.
