Worst customer service. I needed to return 5 items, two had the tags but weren't connected to the items. They wouldn't accept the return, not withstanding those items were never worn.

Ryan was incredibly accommodating with getting my wife into the correct pair of jeans all the way from Utah after her Philly visit and purchase. She is super happy. Slaying the customer service realm!

Great store and great staff! The gentleman there was very friendly. Rachel helped pick out a nice shirt and was super friendly. Ended up walking out with something that I didn't even know I loved and they accepted a coupon in store which was nice! They offered my partner some champagne and water wish they offered me some too lol.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Rachel for helping me today! She was great with suggesting sizes and bringing me different options. I fell in love with their wide leg featherweight jeans ($295) and this tank ($85). I never felt pressured, and she was super sweet. Thanks Rachel!

This is my partner's favorite store to come by! He's very into fashion and the man who helped us with finding sizes for this gorgeous muted green outerwear was kind and attentive. He didn't rush us even though we were there until near closing. It's light, bright and has comfy chairs for sitting while your friend/brother/boyfriend/cousin/coworker/companion is trying on clothes!
