Went for an oil change, no appointment, few other people ahead of me waiting room my service took less than an hour! Everyone was friendly and service was quick. Couldn’t ask for more.

I've always valued Ford for its reputation in manufacturing reliable vehicles and offering commendable after-sales services. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed.I turned to Ford for some warranty work, fully expecting a hassle-free experience. To my dismay, I've faced nothing but prolonged waiting periods and a lack of clear communication from the service department. Warranty services are crucial for ensuring customer trust and maintaining brand loyalty. It's disheartening to see such a renowned company falling short in this area.In this era of rapid customer service and swift resolutions, such delays are unacceptable. I genuinely hope Ford acknowledges these issues and ensures that such experiences aren't a commonality for its customers.

Do not change engine oil here. Your car engine breaks down. Failure to add the correct engine oil oil can result in engine damage. My car was also nearly damaged by a mechanic here.I went to change the engine oil this morning. There was a line because service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. And I stood second. I am amazed at James William's behavior. I stood second, but served the third person first. I think he's a dirty racist. However, Carlos Vera's kind service soothed my embarrassment.I don't want to meet anyone like James Williams anymore.

I had a hard time finding a truck service company that could fix my new Ford 250 truck. I call Ford quicklane and talked to a gentleman name Carlos. I must say his attitude was so positive. Saying come in ill get it back up and running. They treated me like royalty. I'll definitely return and let them service the rest of my automobile. The waiting room is nice too all positive vibes. I'll definitely tell a Friends. They service all makes .

Customer service is horrible. This place does not give out loaners nor will they even help you get a rental. They play around with what ur warranty company will cover and quote them one price to get as much as they can from them then quote u a even higher price to get more from u Then tell u that ur warranty company don’t cover everything but then I found out all was cover then they didn’t even do all they said they done This lace need to be shut down stay far away from here especially if u r a female they try to take advantage of us of u don’t ask questionsService: Auto engine diagnostic

My SUV needed to be inspected and my transmission was acting up also. Chadd checked my car in and was very patient with me since I had misplaced my paperwork. Paul, my service advisor, was very, very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of my warranties. After listening to him my husband and I felt very secure in the next steps to get our SUV in tip top running condition. Shout out to Chadd and Paul! I’m happy with their service today because I needed an oil change did not have an appointment and they got the job done, while finding out something else that my car needed. That’s thorough service. I had originally went to the Hyundai side but they couldn’t fit me in but a gentleman named Gill told me I can get it done on the Ford side. Thank you Gil you are the man!!Service: Oil change

I am Pacifico for life. Bought my first car there in 1999. I had a problem with water on the passenger side floor. They found the problem right away and fixed it. They are the best. Keep me safe driving my car.

Had a recall out on my truck, they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly and get the work done quickly. They also ran a check on the rest my truck and found that my power steering fluid was dirty and were to flush and replace it as well.

I purchased a 2023 Ford Tremor and my sales associate,Bryce Walker, was very good at making sure my experience was great. He kept me updated with the delivery date and once it arrived he made the buying process seamless. I previously bought my vehicles from John Kennedy Ford, but my experience when trying to buy this truck was horrible. From now on Pacifico will be the dealer I go to for future purchases.

Recall. The guys(James and Carlos) were great, and so was the mechanic who worked on the recalled items. But this is the forth visit over six months where the service department at Pacifico Ford kept setting me up with appointments at the main facility because it is a F150 pickup. They did this, even after I pointed out this a a diesel engine (3.0). But the guys at the Rapid lube part of Pacifico Ford did great. That is why I only gave an 8 out of ten. The actual service was 10/10. The service schedulers need to listen to the customers, especially after multiple errors caused by themselves.
