If I could give 0 stars I would.I came before everyone and they letting me wait for 2 hours. And the people came after me got to go first.Not to mention the employees here seems like they don’t even want to work. Giving people attitude and won’t even answers me anything.If you’re so miserable working here then maybe you should apply to McDonald instead.The worst location ever! Don’t ever come here to get ANYTHING DONE. I only came in for a urine test and the wait was over 2 hours. On top of the workers are EXTREMELY RUDE, VERY DISMISSIVE, about everything. you can’t even ask a question before they “shoo” you away.

This was one of the most traumatic and and unprofessional medical experiences I have had. I was two weeks from giving birth and needed a Covid test so I found the closest location and showed up for the appointment, checked in and they were spraying acrid scented deodorizer so I chose the option to wait in the car and they would text me when it was time. 30 minutes go by my appointment, so I finally go into ask and they said I missed my appointment due to not being in the office and there were no more appointments available, she was already combative and rude with her answer even though I asked her if she even read text option that I had picked, She kept repeating herself like a robot. Instead of admitting she was at fault, she decided to be ghetto and walk away while I was still speaking to her and proceeded to talk about me with her other employees. I overheard her supervisor saying well you can’t please everyone, as if I was someone at fault. To put me through so much stress that could induce labor and be so apathetic and unremorseful, you should all be removed from your positions here and go work at McDonald’s. if anything happened to my baby because of your negligence and ignorance, you would’ve been sued into the ground. I reached out to corporate, and they never responded back, I guess the Apple doesn’t far from the ignorant tree. Stay away from this place.

I don’t understand how people can come here I came here twice the first time I was in and out(appointment), me thinking this place was good I came back been sitting here for hours and nobody isn’t saying I will right with you NOTHING! Please people don’t come here they are lazy and they will take they time for no reason and they would just stand and talk to each other while people are waiting to be seen and they were every rude!

The lady there that took care of me was very professional and a sweet heart. She went above and beyond. I forget her name. Way better than Quest on Welsh road where they didn’t accept my lab request and told me to leave. ? Thanks!

This place is a joke, when I called and let them know I need to drop off a specimen they mentioned nothing about an appointment. I’m here now and they tell me I need an appointment. Why in the hell would you need an appointment to drop off a specimen. That’s why I prefer labcor.

Go here for blood work, past couple of times the process was quick and easy. Arrived 10 mins early, didnt have to wait long. In and Out. Have not had a bad experience yet

The visit was pleasant, however they did not perform the tests indicated in the order and I now have to make another appointment to have more labs done and do not have the results that I needed to have by now. Got the bill today, though.

My experience with Quest Diagnostics at the Woodhaven location was very fast and efficient. I made sure to make an appointment (just to be safe because in the past I've had long wait times at other similar facilities). I had NO issues getting my appointment scheduled for the morning. I was surprised to see that I got called in within 5 mins of my appointment time and my time inside the office took only another 5-6 mins. The facility was clean, spacious and following the social distancing guidelines. They also gave an option I didn't know about before which allowed patients to check-in using a link in the text message they sent. This was sent to me maybe a couple hours before my appointment and allowed me to check-in and wait in the car until I got a text back from them saying for me to "return to the lobby, I'll be called in soon". I'm sure many like me would appreciate this option especially if they have a "walk-in" appointment. Will be coming back again to this location whenever it is required of me by my doctor. I was surprised at the low reviews prior to my visit but I do believe that Quest Diagnostics has seemed to fix lot of its previous problems patients were encountering. Overall, I'm very pleased with my visit with Quest Diagnostics.

Many 1 star reviews make this place off putting. However, this location's proximity to my home makes it an ideal place to visit. I made an appointment to have blood drawn at 7:45 AM. They instruct you to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and whatnot. I arrived at 7:33 AM and the waiting room was empty. I headed to the check-in machine and proceeded to check-in. I struggled a little bit to get the camera to recognize my QR code, but it finally did. Once that was completed I sat down and waited to be called in. After a few minutes I was directed into a room by one of the staff. I proceeded to the room and sat down and waited for a minute or two as the phlebotomist made her way to the room. Once in, she had me confirm my info and directed me to move to another chair (for drawing blood). She then proceeded to draw my blood, telling me I'd feel a little pinch as the needle was inserted. She did not have a hard time finding a nice plump vein to draw from as I made sure to hydrate the night before and as soon as I woke up. She proceeded to fill two vials with my blood, withdrew the needle and placed a piece of gauze and tape over the puncture wound. I was out of the facility before my scheduled appointment time. While she wasn't the friendliest person I have met she was efficient. I did not happen to see what her name was. No bruising or discomfort is present after the procedure. Overall a pleasant straightforward experience.

I've always got blood drawn at my doctor's office and was very reluctant to come to this office after reading the negative reviews. But out of convenience I decided to visit this location and to my surprise I had a pleasant experience. I easily made my appointment online was able to communicate via text for arrival. As suggested I arrived a little early and the technician Delilah called me back at my appt time. She confirmed info, was gentle and very friendly!
