I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Although there were some issues with beyond the locations control, it was positive overall. Kat, the phlebotomist working that day was very patient, understanding and sweet to me. If you need to have lab work done at a Quest, I recommend going to this location.

My first time in to get all my tests done went well. The lady was very professional. When I had to go back to drop off a test it did not go well. For starters, you should not be able to schedule when they are closed. I got there just when they reopened at 1. Signed in, technician was on the other side of locked door. She sat there for about 5 minutes and never acknowledged me. Then she disappeared for 15 minutes and I left frustrated and now have to go back.

Wouldn’t let me get my test I ordered. Asked very loudly what I was there for, when it was a private medical matter. Not to mention how rude and inconsiderate they were. Also, they were obviously under qualified. Made me waste an hour of my day only to not get the test I need.I would recommend most every other quest location. I hope the women who dealt with me is fired.

Extremely rude lady on the front desk. Wouldn't answer questions, and was very impatient. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I took time out from my work to make the appointment. Ended up not going in for my test, and wasted 40 minutes waiting. Would never come back here again

First time I have a appointment in this location I'm waiting 20 minutes nobody came outside in the register to explain to you, second time today I have appointment 7:30am, the lady was there she talked to me to call my insurance because sometimes in this location the insurance they don't cover you, it was 7:30 all office is closed.

Odd detail, there’s a point of sale at the phlebotomist desk. They have gloves and personal protective gear, they take your insurance card, and credit card, charge you, then stick you immediately. No change of gloves, nothing, you get your blood drawn directly next to a credit card machine.The lady that took my blood was polite and did a good job. The whole setup tho seems stupid, there’s a window in the lobby to check in but you check in on a kiosk. You could pay at this window on the way out too which is how it’s usually done but apparently they’d rather have the tech do 100% of the work. Weird.

The staff today in the back were miserable. The woman up front in reception was nice. Two different women were completing my order for me in the back and both just kinda grunted orders. They didn't say hi or how are you, didn't communicate what they were going to do next, weren't smiling. They only had enough breath to say: "I said do this. Go here. I said open your hand." They just seemed very impatient and grumpy. It was not pleasant to be around either of them. This is somewhat on par from previous experiences, but definitely more so this time around.

Extremely pleasant experience. I just had some bloodwork done and the employee here was nice, quick, and efficient. Took no less than 5 minutes. It does seem like the AC is still broken here as there was a floor fan blowing in the waiting room and a small clip on fan for the employee to use. I hope they’ll get it fixed for the summer. Beyond that it truly was a great experience.

The worst lab. Have tried twice, same experience, frustrating. It's a shoebox size place, they don't regulate people in waiting room (should only be 2, they've had up to 6!) and workers laugh and waste time more than getting the work done. Left after 45 minute wait first time, hit 20 minutes on second try before I went to Walnut location and was in & out in 10 minutes. Will save time and go to Walnut from now on!

The best lab experience ever. Kat was incredible. Professional, happy, kind, efficient, funny and helpful. I was very upset to see her working with a broken AC unit and one fan. Her system also crashed a few times when entering info (with no complaints.) This company should work to fix these issues as this is an employee you do NOT want to lose. I hope her manager knows how special she is, especially in this industry. I get a lot of tests done and it makes such a difference to feel as though you are not a bother (this is common). Kat went above and beyond.
