*8/29/24* I had an appointment here today (IT IS ADVISED TO MAKE AN APPT/ NOT WALK-IN) & I was super nervous to get my Blood work done, But there was an employee who immediately helped me and changed everything. Her name is Vanessa. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable. It was the greatest experience getting blood work done. No pain, no fear, No nothing. I’m super thankful that I came on the day she works ?

Service is horrible. The very worst people ever. If you don't make an appointment. Forget about it. I went to 4 locations and no one helped me with my urine test and I lost a 25 dollar per hour job. SMH. Unbelievable. Just amazing how bad QUEST DIAGNOSTIC SUCKS. ?

*12/16/23* The employees at this establishment, DO NOT follow policy guidelines. The lightskin, Hispanic or white women that was employed there on this date violated my daughters Privacy. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional, would NOT give me her name. Ericka and the security guard allowed her to act that way to not just me but a few of us that day. She wouldn't comply with the "first come first served" order of operation for the walk-in customer's. She showed no accountability for her actions! I called a few State Representatives I will follow-up, I have it recorded.

This place is horrible I waited from 1200 to 210 just for blood work one of the ladies from the back came out got her chain let him buss everyone they are rude … my mother worked for this company over 30 years I have never experienced this much unprofessional behavior with quest.. they also have security in the front acting as a receptionist

Worst quest by far. I checked in and they sent a text saying id be called soon and then gave me the run around and said they called me and i wasnt there when i was right there the whole time. Then made me check in again.
